"I submitted my case online as directed. I received a sales call 7 days later. Then transferred to receptionist who cut me off without knowing my case, doesn't even have a law degree of any kind per her own words. This firm hires and conducts business with arrogant, rude and unqualified people who obviously are sorting out the easy, slam dunk cases that pay big $$$.
She is so unqualified that upon my addressing her cutting me off and treating me with disregard I stated this is why I record my conversations to which she tells me I don't have permission and hung up. Arizona is a one party state that allows one party of the conversation to record. I also suffer a medical illness that also allows me to record but if the phone operator had any legal knowledge she wouldn't have been offended by my recording but rather her distasteful unprofessional attitude. I also believe through this process I was told the call was recorded on your end. Totality unprofessional if I was looking for the opinion of a receptionist I would not have submitted my online case for review to be cold called a week later by people who didn't even review my case before calling then being disregarded without even knowing all the facts. #dobetter "
"I would not recommend Morgan and Morgan to anyone. I had more than one claim with them. They can’t even find what happen to one of the claims. They told me the files are empty. Then on the other claim they have no information in the files. My cases have been going on for years. I need neck surgery and back surgery I deal with a lot of pain. I hate I trusted them to represent me. I have to file a complaint to get someone to call me. I’ve had several paralegals on my case they never tell me that they left. I be calling and leaving messages for people who is no longer there or got a different position. That’s very unprofessional. At least have the courtesy to let me know. "
"Called about a federal employment issue. Told I would be sent a link by text. Received text. Clicked on link and answered several questions. The response came back we cannot help you.
The person I spoke to on the phone told me I would need to answer an extensive questionaire and it would be evaluated by their office ;and I would receive a callback. Why lie to people seeking legal help.
All it was was a game to get me off the phone because they don't want my business. That could have been accomplished by a simple no over the phone.
I know my case is strong. What I need is a law firm that listens to understand what the issues are, and is not lazy to only want to handle cases that are easy to win.

"On 2 separate occasions I've been required to remember specific information that truly didn't matter at the time of consult.
Example; On a medical malpractice case I was required to remember exact date in September of 2022? Wouldn't it be reasonable to attain exact date after allowing me to divulge complete problem? Instead, Representative persisted that the exact date was detrimental and insisted without exact date consult couldn't continue! Crazy...
Representatives make it so difficult for a person to relay information because they expect you to have a photographic memory. Isn't part of the investigative part of case that the particulars would be required and unearthed!?
To me I feel like certain representatives purposely do this to deter you instead of embrace you!"

"All they want are car wrecks or add you to a class action suite other attorneys did all the ground work for. Example zantac or cpap ect. They are not for the people. They turned me down for illegal car search because they didn't want go against police department. Found another attorney won. Violation for hippa found another attorney settles. Now don't want to pursue a claim against a male nurse inappropriate disgusting behavior towards female patient. The nursing board and Attorney General said speak to private attorney to sue. Were never intending to sue just don't want these acts to happen to another female patient. So my advise seek another attorney don't believe their fraudulent commercials. I wouldn't be surprised if those aren't just actors in their commercials. It's easy to settle with insurance in a wreck even easier to ride coat tails of other attorney's in a class action."

"My case was settled over a month ago yet I'm finding the level of unresponsiveness throughout this firm quite frustrating. I was attacked by my neighbor’s dogs in late 2021. I received multiple puncture wounds and injured my neck during the attack. Although my case was eventually settled, I did not have a good experience. I never talked to an attorney and my case manager has been very unresponsive. I would have to call, text, and email multiple times just to get a vague response regarding my case. My settlement check was supposedly sent via U.S. mail but I never received it. I contacted the case manager and she finally responded after several attempts on April 20th. She advised me to go to the Post Office, which I did. They didn’t have the check. I advised the case manager and she said she would have the accounting department put a stop payment on the check and reissue another check. This process has been going on for over a month now. Even when calling the toll-free number, I’m routed to a voicemail or get someone on the phone who can't resolve my seemingly simple problem. I'm simply trying to get my check in the amount of $4694.12. Looking forward to the generic responses Morgan & Morgan will come up with. I would advise anyone to avoid this firm. They lack integrity and really aren't for the people."

"I literally caught Morgan and Morgan trying to steal $1,400 of my settlement from progressive and funnel it through a backdoor channel of their "provider network"! They thought they could creatively doctor the accounting to lie to me about the prices and fees. Charged by the providers. However, I am certified accounting clerk and private investigator in the state of florida, so by trade and practice it is natural for me to pay attention and analyze everything and every penny. The lawyer tried to get me to sign a closing statement the ended with me recouping $2200 out of a $6500 settlement with $2300 spread out to their provider network while I still had over 5k in PIP remaining. The reality was they are trying to steal $1,400 from me and split is with their friends on the back end. I refused to sign it and am seeking legal representation."

I was involved in a hit and run. I never saw the vehicle that hit me nor did I have any identifying information, after explaining this to M&M they still ensured me that could help.
Their internal team fails to communicate with each other, they will run you the same questions and script every time you speak with them; when I asked questions about their hiring agreement, the staff will seem to tell you ANYTHING to get you to say yes to hiring them. When I asked the staff to explain parts of the contract, the sale rep hung up on me and I had to call back to speak with a manager.
Because they were the only attorney to accept the case, after hiring them, they kept "recommending" that I see their "preferred doctor" and that person wasn't available to see me until after a month from the date we scheduled the appointment. Their private investigators never reached out, the assigned attorney never reached out. In fact, the only people to call me "repeatedly" was the staff to get me to hire them and the staff to get me to go to their Dr. They kept pushing me to exhaust my injury insurance deductible in order for them to take their 31.3% fee that they charge because they didn't have someone to sue. Once I told them I didn't want to do that to my insurance company, they immediately declined my case stating "they couldn't help me" via email....WOW
Seem like they only wanted a portion of my personal injury check if they could recover funds.... I respect the other attorneys that originally declined my case more than M&M for running me through their whole song and dance just to attempt to get a check from my insurance company."
