I asked Mountain Crest to replace 2 of the Haworthia because of browned tips that will still be apparent when these plants are needed in 2 weeks, and I provided photos. My request was promptly rejected by Customer Service. So now I know that I cannot count on this company to stand by their service assurances."

"I love the variety of plants included and they were all in perfect condition. Unfortunately the USPS worker can't read, apparently can read "this side up" because she left it upside down on my porch. It took a while to clean all the potting mix out of the crevices of the plants but in the end they're beautiful. "
