"I ordered the Ultimate Succulent Sampler to use for bridal shower favors. The package arrived as scheduled but the box was somewhat smashed on one side. I was pleasantly surprised to find that every plant was in perfect condition, a testament to how well they were packed.
Now that they are all potted and thriving, I am looking forward to seeing them decorate our tables.

However, I did conact MCG and was offered a refund or credit +10% since a replacement plant is currently out of stock. I would definitly order from MCG again."

"I’ve ordered multiple times with no issue but this time was different. Most of the succulents were literally just cuttings shoved in soil. Not even rooted at all. Unfortunately I won’t be ordering again because when I reached out for a refund or something all they wanted were pictures of the issue. Bad costumer service."

"I ordered 3 succulents in 2 in pots and 30 cuttings. Since they used thick paper strips In stead of fibers or something soft to fill the box and the pots, the paper strips cut the plants and made bad injuries to the plants. The 30 cuttings are basically triplicate so I actually received about 10 varieties. I was quite disappointed. Suggest the company do not use the paper strips to protect the plants because they actually damage the plants. Other companies use something like cotton for this purpose. "
