"Four out of five plants arrived alive; after meticulous care for three days it was clear the fifth wasn't coming back. The four that survived were in really rough shape but came back after some care. They ship their plants SO DRY that the soil just falls out everywhere and doesn't keep the plant secure in its pot. I get shipping dry but a little moisture would help keep the soil in place. One plant had all the soil dumped out and actually was pulled from the pot upon taking out the paper packing material and the other two were half full, at best. These are 2 inch pots so there's not a lot of soil to being with. Unboxing got soil everywhere and was quite messy. They have a great selection of succulents but don't expect the plants you receive to look anything like the photos. "
