"The service provided was decent. The staff were all quite courteous. Only complaint is that the alignment is still off (pulls to the left) which is unfortunate after having spent a large amount of money for repairs at this shop. Overall, we are pleased and will likely return."

"I would only take my car to Mr. Tire for simple repair jobs such as break changes, tire replacements, and oil changes. I actually bought my tires online and took them there to get mounted since their tire prices are alittle bit inflated (but that's the case with most places you go to, I was able to get tires they would have charged me 150 a piece for 120 a piece online). They were pushing me to do a wheel alignment which is completely unnecessary at that time and if you were to get a wheel alignment only take it to the dealership as they have the correct specifications for your car, the specification list they showed me at this Mr. Tire location was incorrect, yet they still pushed me for the alignment. This kinda irked me, but otherwise the staff is friendly enough and my car was ready before the time they had originally promised me. They told me initially it would take 2 hours to mount two tires and balance them, there were 4 people in front of me, though the car was ready after an hour. Overall a decent experience. Would recommend to others for simple repair jobs. "
