"Mr. Tire at 884 East Main st Ephrata, pa 17522 #1 Dirty #2 While waiting for my car i couldn't believe the foul language used by the employees, it really was unprofessional. #3 DANIEL DETURCK (MANAGER) Tried to tell me (Mechanic) JONATHAN GREISS SAYS my car needs repairs totaling $442 to pass inspection. I told then i will take it to another mechanic. 2 days later at another shop that i use for all my major repairs tells me everything was fine except the battery was the wrong size and needs clamped down and my car passes state inspection saving me over $200 if i was stupid and fell for JONATHAN'S ripoff. Also JONATHAN was to do an oil change, check/refill fluids He overfilled my car by about a quart and didn't fill my other fluids. I believe he did this out of spite!! Usually mechanics will come show you the oil stick and he never did. I used Mr. tire before and didn't have a problem. I will never use them again. What JONATHAN did is messing with my family's safety and our money. Very unprofessional and it shows what kind of a dirty rat you are. I wonder how many people you have ripped off! Game over buddy!!
