1. made appointment online, never received confirmation email
2. tire price online was $10 lower per tire, associate made discount at store
3. valve stem broken by technician, claimed it was rusty. I had been using the stem (filling for air pressure) for months with no problems. No offer to replace stem. Typically, a shop breaks something during service, the shop replaces it free of charge or at a steep discount.

From requesting that the spare tire be checked twice and it wasn't done either time - to waiting a long time for our tires, we will not be coming back.
