"I bought a set of "60,000 mile" tires. They were down to the wear bars after only 32,000. I ALWAYS religiously maintain my tires since I drive 150-200 miles a day, 6 days a week. Took the truck in to show them and see what could be done under warranty. Got the run around BIG TIME. First they tried to say "well you didn't maintain them". Told them I have all receipts showing rotations. Then I get BS about "well my Tech says you have a lot of looseness in your suspension, and that messed up the tires. So there's no warranty". REALLY?!?
1) Then why did Mr. Tire techs miss this "looseness" on previous visits for oil change/rotations?
2) Why did 2 other independent shops find nothing wrong AND the truck passed a State Safety Inspection?
I have been a loyal customer for years. No more! "
