I want the world to know (not just Mr. Tire employees, staff, executives, vendors, stockholders, subsidiaries, and affiliates) but Thee entire world, beyond Laurel, MD.
Today, Monday, December 12 at about 11:30am. I went in and notice the the guy greeting me wasn't that same one I grew to appreciate when coming for service. So at that point, my thoughts were that I might not get the exact same as I normally get from my usual guy not there. Long story short, I leave my car with him and he eventually calls back and lets me know what service I need and how much it would cost and that it would be ready today. He called at 5:15pm to inform me my car was ready and I asked what time do you close, unfortunately I heard 7:30pm and not 7pm. I get there at 7:25pm and it take some time but I eventually see Paul and he is headed out the door from a hardworking long day at work. Basically, I thought they closed at 7:30pm but it was actually 7pm and Paul was packed up, lights off and literally out the door. Somehow, I convinced him to take my payment and let me drive my car home. Paul turned around, turned the lights on, turned on his system and took my payment. Paul mind was off from work and headed home to his family or at least his home. Paul rang me up and I was on my way, but he also said Merry Christmas.
Seems like a typical story, maybe but it deserves being "recognition beyond certificate." Paul is the Store Manager at the Mr. Tire locates at 131 Second Street, Laurel, MD 20707 ***-***-****. Paul did what many people don't get "recognized beyond certificate" for doing. Paul went from out the door, make a 180 degree turn and turned the lights on, turned his system on, and took my payment for service at 7:30pm, more than 30minutes after the sign says they are closed. Paul and his actions, keep me a happy loyal customer, no question about it.
Paul & his actions are very deserving of being "recognized beyond certificate." Paul is your front-line interaction with customers. He is the direct line between customer & Mr. Tire. Paul is well-deserving of a Customer Review Bonus as a Store Manager. I think $2,500 is reasonable but because it's the first and during the holidays, double it to $5,000 cause he deserves to be "recognized beyond certificate."

I was originally told it would take 30-45 min before someone could look at it. However, I was in and out in 20 min. While waiting another customer received an excellent deal on a tire and she told me how she loves this shop, has been coming for years, their prices are reasonable and that she recently moved to the area to be closer.
