Once Mr. Tire assumed management the service quality began to in my opinion decline. Same people working mind you but a decline in truthfulness and service. After my last visit for an oil change at which the people I thought I could trust lied to me about the condition of my car I will no longer be utilizing the services of Mr. Tire. "

"My wife and I took our cars to this place for oil change. They provide free tire rotation with oil change, free customer pick up and drop of service, and free alignment tests. They did not recommend any repairs I did not need (the free alignment test found no issues, for example). They are very courteous. The only reason I'm not giving them 5/5 is because they seemed to have forgotten to inflate my spare tire during the oil change for one of the cars."
