"I was extremely disappointed in the customer service I received at Mr. Tire in Thorndale PA. I took my vehicle for my free re-inspection of emissions. After they brought my car out, I was told I had to pay for the re-inspection because it was 3 days late getting checked. I asked why I wasn't told that before they took the car in, with no answer. I called corporate customer service and after the manager told them they had to charge me due to PA state law and that they could lose their license, I was told there was nothing they could do for me. I asked to elevate the issue because I was sure it was not against the law and that it had been done for me before. I was told the Marketing Manager would call me back and that I could not have his number. I subsequently spoke to the Regional Manager at PA Licensing and Inspection and it was confirmed that there was no law that required Mr. Tire to charge me after 30 days and if they told me that it was not true."
"Mr. Tire in Alpharetta (Gateway Drive) provides excellent service, competitive pricing, superior knowledge and an opportunity for consumers to feel comfortable with the Team of Mr. Tire. I have worked with several team members from another location in Roswell (in which I just to make the drive from Forsyth County). Now, they are in my backyard and I am just thrilled. This is the only team that I am comfortable with servicing my vehicle and knowing that I am NOT going to be taken advantage of in the process. I highly recommend!!!!!"
