"If I were trying to write a complaint, I would be at a total loss for words. This is not the first time that have dealt with this particular Mr. Tire facility and, I must say, they have again lived up to my expectations. They are probably well aware of the fact that I am obviously not well schooled in automotive mechanics and would probably believe anything that they told me. But the staff members were efficient, they appeared to do a good job, they stuck to their suggested schedule, the car is working fine (so far), and I will gladly go back there for future work.
