"They would get zero stars if possible. I visited the location at York and Warren Roads in Cockeysville MD. I attempted to get a flat tire repaired, using the "free flat tire repair" coupon available on their website. Since it was going to be in the shop for a day, I asked for an oil change and tire rotation as well. I was quoted with a $79 total and left my car. They called me back that afternoon to tell me my vehicle was done. After walking for 20 minutes from work to get to the location, they tell me that actually, the work hasn't been started because their technician couldn't start my car. They jumped my fully-charged battery and blew a fuse. After close, I stopped by and figured the issue out on my own (NO ONE HERE COULD SOLVE THIS SIMPLE FUSE PROBLEM - ignition didn't work and it was the ignition switch fuse). I left the car for them to complete the work the next day. They called me the following day, and since I was out of town, I picked my car up the day after. When I got home, I noticed the tires (and wheel weights) which I had marked, were on the same wheels. The flat was repaired, but the wheels had not been balanced or rotated, and even the flat was on the same location. I climbed under to check the oil filter, and sure enough, the Firestone oil filter (my usual go-to for oil changes) was still there from my last oil change. Checked my oil - appeared as it had not been changed. The manager argued and told me I was wrong, but they did NO work to my vehicle and even charged me to repair the flat - which was supposed to be free! Finally got a full refund, but I will NEVER return to them."

"Do not take your truck here or car unless you want to be ripped off told that the work is half ass an intelligence totally insulted I took my work van here for second opinion any really let me know just how honest Firestone is the guy at the counter could have been more fuller filler take your truck here at your own risk"
