"My wife ordered two framed Rush pieces as Christmas presents for me, but when the items arrived they had sent us two identical framed pieces and not the two different pieces my wife had ordered. We simply want to return one of the duplicates and get the correct item sent to us, but we are getting nothing but non-responsiveness from musictoday. It has been 3 weeks and we have no resolution to our request. These framed pieces were $150.00 apiece and the error is clearly musictoday's, but their customer service is both near non-existent and appallingly bad. "I ordered a Bon Scott t-shirt from these jokers, got it a month later.
It's one of the worst prints I have ever seen.
On the website the image fills the shirt and looks detailed, on my shirt it was around 40% smaller, like a pea on a drum, the image is supposed to be white with detail, it's gray and looks flat. It's positioned really low down and looks odd. Around the image there's white ghosting.
I'm sorry but I can only describe it as shhyte and these morons are making a mockery of Bon Scott.

"Horrible customer service! I ordered three things on March 11th and it is now April 27 and I only have received two of the items . Apparently the 3rd item was back ordered. I was not told us at the time of purchase or even in the order email that came to me afterwards.
Good thing I ordered way in advance because the third thing is for a birthday in May. When you email them to try to get answers, they email back WEEKS later with not much information. Just “it’s backordered ...will come soon.”

"Ordered what was described as a jewel case version CD, showing a picture of the jewel case version. Overpaid for CD and over paid on the shipping also, but figured it was the only way to get a jewel case version. Received a digipack after 10 days. Emailed them, received a "were sorry, but the ad states "This cd is packaged in a digipak. It is not in a jewel case. No wasteful plastic here!" Looks like they added that in the description at the bottom, but didn't take the time to change the picture also! Their return clearly states they will NOT refund shipping ($6.22 for 1 CD, total envelope weight 3.4 oz).
After 4 emails, no offer to make things right so I stopped wasting my time... DON'T waste yours, purchase elsewhere!!!"
"I ordered a mug (okay), laptop sleeve (too small) and a iphone cover. The i-phone cover looked used when I received it and it did not fit the iphone I ordered it for. I returned both the laptop sleeve and i-phone cover. Received the credit for the i-phone cover with no issues. They shorted me $5 on the refund for the sleeve. I already paid shipping to & from but they didn't even refund me the total $36 for the sleeve. They claimed I paid $29.50 for it. I emailed them MANY times but no full refund. NEVER buy from this company, I too would give it ZERO STARS!!!!"

"If I could have given then zero stars I would have. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Order something expedited on December 4th and it's December 20th and I still don't have it. I've called multiple times, because this is a Christmas gift, and have been told something different ever time. Bottom line is I don't have a Christmas gift that someone very special to me asked for, the ONLY thing they asked for! I did what I was supposed to do and they dropped the ball. I could have driven to their warehouse and picked up up faster. I will never order from them again and I will report this to the artist's fan club. I'm sure the artist wouldn't appreciate a fan being treated like this.
In fact I ordered something from Italy on December 12th and didn't pay any shipping and have already received it and it was personalized, not something that was knocked off by the thousands.

"I ordered a John Mayer CD and book from his website...AKA MusicToday. The book arrived, no problem. After a few weeks the CD still did not. I emailed MusicToday and received a reply apologizing and saying it was still "waiting allocation in the warehouse".
After a couple weeks...I called and the rep found that the CD had been out of stock and my PayPal transaction had expired. The rep apologized and reordered the CD via a credit card and said she would send it out 2 day shipping to make up for the issue. I can accept this although to just leave a customer hanging is substandard.
Weeks pass, still no CD. I call in again and this time the rep said that the order had gotten "stuck in the computer system". He offered to give it "a good kick this time" but I declined and asked for a cancelation and refund instead.
I don't know if MusicToday is capable of pulling of this last transaction but since it's just the cost of a CD I'm not going to let them waste anymore of my time accept to do this: I will never order another thing from MusicToday and I will do my best to communicate this experience to as many people as I can to save them the trouble I've had. It takes months to get music from MusicToday if you're luck enough to get it at all. That is not a slogan I'd expect will keep them around long."
"Musictoday is the procrastinator of ticket sellers. I pre-ordered tickets on Sept 2 for a Dec 27 show, and the tickets still have not arrived. Multiple calls later, Musictoday tells me that they will not go out until 10 days before the show. The disclaimer reads "if your tickets have not arrived 2 weeks prior to the show please call" so now it is appropriate for them to WAIT to send the tickets within the two week window, over the holiday mail time??
Ticketmaster also issues the 2-week disclaimer, but their tickets never arrive that late. I normally have my tickets from Ticketmaster days after I order, since they don't procrastinate like this worthless company does. I am extremely annoyed and disappointed in the way Musictoday handles their ticket sales/shipping. I will never purchase through them again, even if it is for a show pre-order. Their service is severely disappointing."

"I ordered a CD from this company and was told it would ship that day. The sales rep said that while it could take 7 days to receive, he suspected it may make in 3 days since we were located in adjacent states.
After 10 days, I contacted the company (speaking to the same rep) and was told the order hadn't shipped. ***UNBELIEVABLE*** I told the rep to cancel the order, but was informed he couldn't because the paper-work was too far along. He also couldn't provide a shipping date because it was under a lot of 'stuff' on the loading dock.
Thank goodness my credit card company put a hold on the transaction.
