"I have purchased a GBMH221 device made by IOGEAR. I have spent two days working with IOGEAR to identify why it doesn't work. We found that it's defective, So, I've called for a refund and customer service didn't resolved to my satisfaction reasonably initially due to the policy of requiring customer for paying the shipping fee to ship back defective item.

Fortunately, Raquel in the customer service stepped in afterwards and did her best to resolve this issue to my satisfaction. It's great to see that Mwave does value her customers and is willing to do her best to show her good business integrity and provide great customer service comparable to other reputable online stores.
