"First time I had purchased from Mwave, and I was a little nervous about purchasing a refurbished HDTV. It was a Vizio M220NV that I got for my daughter primarily because it had built in WiFi. When it arrived everything seemed to be brand new, and the only thing missing was the owners manual and warranty. I found those online and downloaded them. Set up was simple, and I was watching Netflix within 10 minutes of opening the box. This was a great value, excellent product, Mwave did everything they were supposed to from e-mailing purchase confirmation with tracking number, to the timely derlivery of the product. I look forward to making future purchase from Mwave if they have as great of price on what I am looking for at that time. "

"Good shipping time, however my order shipped without an invoice. I needed one for my rebate claim. Hopefully the order status I printed is good enough. It would have been a good idea to include the invoice, especially since mwave knew about the rebate being offered and advertised it as such.

"The mini wouldn't fit when my cutout for a 3.5 drive bay. Not really meant to be floppy drive either. So it is sitting on top of my dvd/cd player, the extra card reader was a micro sdhd holder so I could put it into a reader. I would recommend mwave.com for most of your computer accessories. They are always dropping prices on things that they sell, so check often and you might get a better deal on some of the things your looking for. As far as shipping goes, from where I live to where mwave is takes about 3 days to arrive ground. The site may something like 3 to 6 days for ground. Want it in a hurry choose 2nd air, or next day., Hands down MWAVE is the best site so far for the little items and some not so little items. Give them a chance, give them a call, orders processed over the phone generally ship the same day, if you are going with ground. It's all Good "
