"mWave is a place I have shopped for 4 or so years. Their prices are low, and the people are nice. This time I had them assemble and test a motherboard processor, cooler and ram. This they do for under $10. This way I plop it into my case and I'm upgraded and everything works. They do a catalog showroom style of store, where you can order at home online or in their lobby, then they pull it off the warehouse shelf and hand it to you. Very pleased.

I completed the order for a projector bulb and the picture appeared to be identical to the part number,

I apparently ordered a projector bulf for 72hm195 and needed a 72hm196.

There order numbers were confusing to me.

When I called for an exchange I am told I have to pay 7.49 freight three times - original order - return order - and replacement order and they told me there is nothing I can do.

This will be my last order with Mwave.com"
