"Ordered a watch, shipping was relatively slow but I did get it. However the watch was defective. I called, was immediately placed on hold rather rudely, then I explained the issue and wanted a refund. The CSR (female) said okay and that I should see an email shortly with return instructions. I got the email and nowhere did it have a return label.

I called back and again was asked to hold but I said "not yet, don't put me on hold, let me explain my issue." She said "no sir you have to wait" and without even letting me respond, she placed me on hold. After that, it was attitude, attitude, attitude. I mean seriously, that speaks volumes for their lack of quality when they can't even hire decent people who can talk in respectful tones.

She stated their policy is not to provide return shipping even on a defective product. This is a first for me with over a decade of online shopping. However, as a "courtesy" to me and a one-time deal, she'll go ahead and give me a return label. Trust me, this will be a one-time thing because I will never purchase anything from mwave again.

edit: Just looking at some of these previous "positive" reviews, none of them have written any other legit reviews. Something is fishy about that.

edit again: These are such bogus positive reviews! No legitimate company that does not even offer return shipping on DEFECTIVE items and has HORRIBLE customer service should have such high ratings! Don't fall for the fake reviews people!!!"

"Although there were no problems associated with my purchase from Mwave, the delivery company, UPS, was a MAJOR problem. I loathe UPS; they are the worst shippers, at least where I live. I was at home when delivery was attempted, but they did not even bother trying my front door. I checked the online tracking status and it showed the package had been left at my door. But it had been left at my door. Rather it had been left out at the common mailbox area, in plain view of anyone simply walking by. Had I not checked, it may have been missed and subsequently stolen. I HATE UPS, and in the future I will take delivery options into account when making online purchases. If UPS is the only option, I may decide to by from someone else."
