"Unbelievably poor return policy. They misrepresent their products, then when you try to return it, the charge a restocking fee, and you pay for the return shipping. They do not value their customers."

Defective product, Co accepting no responsibility

"I ordered a bottle of polish for my plane. It arrive 3/4 full and the bottle had been opened. My Pilot Store accepts no responsibility so far. Saying they must contact the Manufacturer. Meanwhile, My Pilot Store has my money and I'm stuck with 3/4 of an opened bottle of polish that I paid full price for.
This is one and only order from My Pilot Store and I suggest you steer clear of them.

MyPilotStore is the absolute worse place to buy general aviation merchandise.

"Spoke with customer service over 4 times about a order that was damaged by UPS and returned by UPS before arriving. Every time we spoke it was if we hadn’t spoken before. Nobody knows what is going on and certainly don’t care about customer service and/or their business. Finally told them to credit my credit card for the amount. Still waiting for my money back."

A DISGRACE to the industry

"My husband ordered a package in which was not delivered. When he proceeded to contact this horrible company, a representative named Joe (if that was his real name) suggested that my husband go around and check with neighbors to see if he could find his own package. When my husband told him it was unacceptable Joe proceeded to just say take it up with UPS. My husband requested a refund, Joe then transferred him to a "manager" named Scott, (again if that was his real name) who was again referring my husband to UPS and when I tried to speak with them and asked his name, he proceeded to ignore me and insult me by saying that Brandon (my husband) was their customer and not me therefore he was not speaking to me. Scott then proceeded to just say UPS would contact my husband and hung up the phone. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!! They are essentially thieves. They do not care about their customers and surely have no respect or regard for anyone. By the way the amount of money spent was in the hundreds nothing to laugh at, just in case they attempt to downplay this situation. Again this company is a complete disgrace to the aviation industry. I hope they are completely shut down. "

What a terrible company

"I ordered a used Bose A20 headset described as in "excellent condition." What I received looked like it had been in an airplane the landed in a lake. The components were corroded, the mic cover was missing, the carrying case looked like it had been dragged for some distance, and it smelled. When I called to complain, I was told I would be sent a new one the following day.

A month later, I called to follow up and was told it needed to go through a manager. Not sure why I had to call after a month for that to happen. Now I'm being told to return the headset for a refund. So, they wasted 6 weeks of my time and I still have no headset. I wish I could post pictures of the headset and emails they sent me. Never doing business with them again!

Bad shirts

"Buttons didn't align with the button holes (eyelets).
I took extensive pictures and sent it to them.
Their claim is "we found that there was no actual defect in the manufacturing. All four shirts were inspected and tried on by my other employees, and we found them to fit well. "
Here is my photo. not such a good fit.
If you like the shirt bunched up between your top button and the second button, then these are the shirts for you.

Are they running this out of a garage?

"Maybe for the sport pilot or enthusiast, but not for professional organizations who are looking to buy items. Never again will we purchase from them and they are officially entered as a black-listed vendor in our ERP. Their shipping charges are outrageous as well. "

Oxygen System with broken Valve

"Oxygen System with broken Valve.
I order an Oxygen system on March 24th and it arrived promptly. Opened package at the place that fills the tank and found the valve/handle broken. I have contacted them everyday for the last week and half, with NO response that would satisfy anybody! They told me several times they gave my information to the Manager, Scott Pricer, who has NEVER returned my phone call. They keep giving me excuse after excuse, so I finally filed a Dispute with my CC company and filed a BBB complaint.
This company has the WORST customer service I have encountered in a very long time. They will lie to you multiple times just to get you to hang up the phone. Still waiting for the response from their "manager" after two weeks. What a joke.
They will never receive my business again!

Poor Customer Service all Around

"Bought a flight jacket based on their phone attendant's recommendations. Turned out the person didn't know what she was talking about and I ended up receiving a flight jacket that was too big. I returned it, at my expense, and they even acknowledged receiving it. It's been over three weeks and they haven't refunded my money. Interesting enough, they erased from their website a negative review I made about them. Bottom line, they'll give you false info, they don't take responsibility for their mistake, the cost of their mistake comes out of your pocket, and they won't return your money."

I will NEVER order from this company!!!

"I will NEVER order from this company again!! I placed an order on December 6th for a gift for my 96 year old father in-law and never received an email that it was out of stock!! I now have no gift for him! They have certainly ruined Christmas for me. They said the emailed me stating that but it is nowhere in my inbox or spam folder. You don’t take an order if you don’t have the merchandise....especially during Christmas!!"

Don't buy from them if you want your stuff

"Starting to fly again. Ordered about $180 worth of stuff from MyPilotStore. Sectionals, fuel tester and all the things you need to startup again. After 10 days nothing arrived. I checked the website and the order status was something akin to not processed. I called asked for an explanation and the CSR said they didn't know, maybe it was a CC issue. Would I like to talk to a manger? Yes. Waited on hold for 10 mins and they came back and said he wasn't available but he would call me back. An hour later I called again, and was told they didn't know where the manager was... I wrote to them on their chat app, they said the manager would be in touch, at which time they charged my card and shipped my order. The CSRs were totally unhelpful, they didn't upgrade my shipping they didn't reply. I didn't want the order at this point, but since I thought someone was going to get in touch ie "well find out why it didn't go through, probably a CC issue" and deceptively processed the order. Don't by from them, turns out lots of people have had similar experiences"
