"Book received from not cut properly, customer service debated me calling all the problems "customer generated errors" and refused to issue any credit. All of their specs were followed exactly, yet the finished product was not as promised and you have to e-mail 4+ times just to get them to stop blaming the customer for the error. "
"DO NOT ORDER FROM MYPUBLISHER. They have the worst most demeaning customer service 'team' I have ever dealt with. They actually shipped my photo album to a stranger and shipped their photo album to me... thus I now have photos of his kids and he has photos of my family and I! We contacted mypublisher but they said there was nothing they could do except send us new photo albums but first we needed to put them together again in their software and upload them... again! They were entirely unhelpful and called me by the wrong name (although a different name) in each e-mail their sent to me. Oh, and of course they don't have their phone number listed on their site but I was able to find the number of their headquarters in NY through extensive internet searches - MYPUBLISHER.COM's PHONE NUMBER: ***-***-****. Once again... STAY AWAY FROM MYPUBLISHER. I recommended anything except for them, including Ofoto or any of the other photo album manufacturer's."
"I had ordered from MyPublisher in August and the pictures and the quality were beautiful. I recently bought a book and the resolution was horrible. You could see these little dots on every picture. They blamed me when I contacted them. I did everything the same. Same camera. Same everything as three months earlier. I would definetly think twice before ordering another book."
