"I've ordered from this company in the past, but with this latest order, I will only use MyPublisher in the future. Through no fault of the company, I had to upload my order 4 times before it was finally accepted. After each upload, I immediately received a computer generated email with a referenced order number. The next day I would received another email with an apology from MyPublisher stating the order did not go through. There would also be suggestions to try and I would follow the instructions explicitedly - even unstalling and re-installing MyPublisher's software. We finally figured that my file formats for some background pictures were in TIF format. Their instructions clearly state JPG only. My mistake! My upload was finally successful and my book was printed, bound, and passed to FedEx within 24 hours. MyPublisher was extremely patient and responsive, not to mention the quality of the book. My bride (my neice) was estatic with the results and so was I. MyPublisher has all my future business. "

"I would like to comment on the customer service of MyPublisher. I think the true measure of customer service is not whether or not you have problems (because everyone does), but rather how those problems are dealt with. I had some issues with the shipment of a book, and when I contacted their customer service, I received a reply from a real person (not an automated reply) within just a few minutes. They recognized the problem, and immediately provided a very helpful solution. While I was initially disappointed with the lateness, I am very pleased with their treatment of customers. I will definitely be ordering from them again."

"Last summer I took a trip to Norway. My introduction to MyPublisher came through the Costco website. I had a book about my Norway tour published by MyPublisher for each of my two children for Christmas. They love the books! My daughter said it is the nicest Christmas gift she has ever received in her life! and my son says it is so professionally done! "I must say that my first experience with My Publisher definitely left a lasting impression. I ordered two books from them around December 4th, and was disappointed when they arrived. The pictures were extremely pixelated, and the albums were not acceptable as the gifts they were meant to be. I contacted customer service and expressed my displeasure. I received an immediate response, suggestions for ways to improve the quality/resolution of my pictures, and a sincere offer to rectify the situation as soon as possible.
I received my new albums less than 3 days after I placed the order. They were wonderful. As happy as I am with my albums and as proud as I will be to give them as gifts, I am even more satisfied with My Publisher's commitment to their customers. That's something very rare to find anywhere today, so it is especially noteworthy when it takes place via email!

"I've ordered one book from Apple and one from MyPublisher - each were excellent quality and fair price, MyPublisher has a more sturdy book and front sticker issue on Apple books (many friends and I experienced a lifting of bottom left corner on linen books) was corrected. Overall better quality on My Publisher! Price is comprable, but MyPublisher seems to run more specials - love those deals!"
"I ordered my first My Publisher Photo book the evening of November 29th. I’d spent 7 weeks putting together my wedding album. The afternoon of December 4th, my Deluxe Book arrived. I don’t know who dreamed up the ‘make your own coffee table book with your own photos’ idea. But whoever it was is my new hero!! My coworkers think the idea is ingenious. My friends think this is the only way to store photos. My family just bawled when they saw my wedding photos (it was a very emotional day when the baby gets married)! My new husband loves the fact that I didn’t pay the photographer for a (MUCH more expensive) traditional wedding album. Myself, I love it! I was so pleased with the product that I put together an album of pictures of my wife who died last year. I am giving a copy to my 10 grandchildren and 3 children.
