"I went online and purchase TWO cell phone cases for my LG X Power phone on Martin Luther King's birthday weekend. It's amazing how you NEVER notice the Company's reviews PRIOR to purchasing. However, it was their incrediblly LOW merchandise pricing which totally drew me to them! As many have said, I never received a confirmation email after I completed my purchase, and it had been a week and I still hadn't received any type of tracking information pertaining to my order. I started looking through my emails for some type of "tracking information", which I could not locate. I decided to Google their website for a Customer Service number. OF COURSE NO LUCK THERE! The Company can only be contacted via online email messaging! I figured this was pretty useless (re: Tracking) because I never received an Order Number to associate with my email address, so their "tracking" feature would have been pretty useless anyway. Why is it when you want to reach a LIVE person regarding your money, you can never reach someone... yet, they can always manage to immediately **** the money away from you via your credit card!!! During my Google search, I noticed all these "1-STAR" ratings and overall Company Rating of "ONE" which made me PANIC! I just knew I was out of luck, and that my merchandise and my money would never be seen again. WAS I WRONG! I sent an email to the Company (which mind you was never responded to). However, two to three days letter, I received a "shipping notification" email (with order number information) and my cases were received on 1/22 (10 days later). I gave them them FOUR STARS because although I got my items fairly quickly and not to mention, they're BEAUTIFUL... the accessibility of reaching someone in customer service (as well as providing reliable tracking information to their customers in a timely fashion) really ****!!! FIX these issues myphonecase.com! Thanks for my cases. Also, I never received an invoice in my shipping package! Good luck everyone!"

A correct address would be 12838 Sycamore VILLAGE Dr. Norwalk, CA 90650 and that is a residential complex with this property listed as 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhome. If you placed an order and did not receive your product or tracking, call your credit card company and DISPUTE the charges to get your money back!"

"I ordered a case and immediately tried to cancel the order but never got a response. I sent 3 messages within 30 minutes of ordering it. When I finally did get a response several days later I had already received the item. I sent a response to their delivery notice asking about how to return and the only response was "return to the factory it was drop shipped." No address, no RMA, no instructions on what to put in the package, and still no response. This is the worst service I've ever received from an online merchant."
