"Ordered Pens in variety of colors (at least 8 choices), when I had the chance to approve order I noticed there were only 5 colors and what I really wanted for myself (WHITE) was not a choice.
Plus I didn't have a choice of ink color (Black Ink Only, I use blue).
My order was duplicated and I received 2 documents for approval 1 minute apart. It was confusing. It wasn't until close examination that the order numbers were the same. I canceled both orders and received understandably 2 cancel letters.
I like your company and your products. No hard feelings. Sometimes mistakes happen.
