"Our first order was wrong, the imprint on the pens was not readable...Only reason we kept and fully paid for the pens was that some sales people had already taken several pens and the returned quantity would have been short by about 30 to 50 pens.
Was told we would get a $40 credit, never saw it, calling them is useless as no one knows anything. You ll hear plenty of " I am sorry" , " we feel bad that this happened", but nothing in the way of resolutions to any issue.

"I had one of these pens as a give-away from my Insurance provider when I lived in Indiana. I had gotten it over 4 years ago before I moved to Memphis and loved the pen. The feature I liked the most was the light at the tip so you could take notes in a darkened place, as I work in the theatre and and that is how you take notes during late rehearsals near opening. It worked flawlessly, and the only thing I ever wished was that the ink was blue and not blank because blue proves you have signed something and it is not just a xerox copy. Well the ink finally ran out. so I got online to see if I could order more. Found them here and was happy to see you had a choice of ink colors. So, now I have my own promotional pens to give away and my theatre clients are all impressed that they can take notes in a darkened theatre."
"Complete and epic fail. I was told my credit card was declined, it was not. I then was told finally that what I ordered was out of stock and that was the real delay (3 and 1/2 weeks), then I'm now informed it is in stock. My credit card was actually charged. I still don't have the product. AND
The logo art work was clearly blue but was sent back as black for proof.
I don't trust I will receive the correct product and asked the order to be cancelled prior to learning that my credit card was charged. Be careful. This company is horrible.
