"First I was not able to order as I kept getting an error when it was time to pay. Then I got told I had placed multiple orders. I tried calling but wasn't able to reach anyone. Then when I got a call from them to confirm my multiple orders I was told they have two separate web sites. A US and a Canadian one making things more confusing. It was a trying experience just to place the order."
