"Buyers beware! Worse online experience ever. This company has poor business ethics. Purchased a cell phone that arrived in "GARBAGE" condition but was told it was brand new. Phone supposed to be unlocked for use by any carrier but company do not inform you that they have to open box & unlock phone manually. Phone obviously was used/dropped. Phone in "beat up" condition upon arrival & box it arrived in was perfectly fine which tells me that phone was shipped to me in that condition. These "CROOKS" e-mailed saying that phone's condition was result of how it was handled during shipping. Company is ripping people off by sending out "GARBAGE" merchandise knowing customers will be unsatisfied & demand refund. Customers lose because you pay high shipping & handling rates both ways. These crooks get to keep 20% of your money for "GARBAGE" merchandise that they claim to be a restocking fee. Imagine the money they're making on thousands of customers with this scam. Never purchase anything from this company!"

"Worst experience ever from an online merchant. First the product was advertised as having free shipping, but shipping was still added to the total. It was supposed to ship within 6-8 days. My card was approved, it never shipped and 11 days later I have to log on to the website to see that they canceled it without any reason or prior communication from them. There's so many other businesses that will give you competitive prices and treat you better. Don't waste your time with these people."

Came with replaced ear pieces not even close to the type on the original and complete with ear wax and incompletely photo copied instructions (missing page 1-4, 6, 9, 10 and 11). Pouch they sell doesn't look like what is advertise and the headset doesn't fit... it actually is listed on other sites as a cell phone case. Can't contact and won't give an return authorization number."

I ordered a bluetooth headset and it took over a month to get it. The purchase was explained to be "new" not refurbished. I received a used headset not even in original packaging. Opened the package and tried to use the product and IT WAS BROKEN. The microphone didn't work. They refuse to replace the item or refund the purchase. That is not how you do business or satisfy customers. Money spent ... money gone! THEY ARE CROOKS"

"I ordered a Jawbone Headset from these people. It was never delivered, my post office said they never received such package. I think they never sent the package on the first place and just charged my credit card for the price. Now I've tried to contact them dozens of times and have been unable to contact anyone as they are always ''off hours'' or never get transferred, once I was able to contact a representative and they told me to hold on the line, 20 min passed so I decided to hang up, terrible terrible service. My emails would sporadically be answered and with no useful information as to the status of my order. Really bad experience this was meant to be a gift but now I didn't give the gift, and lost $67. I will NEVER again order from this site, I'm guessing they live off of scamming honest people."

"Purchased a Blackberry phone and paid for Tmobile service files to be put on it. Not only did they not install the files, per Tmobile, Blackberry does not supply Tmobile files for this model phone and if they were to install some they would be from a different model and may not work. N1 refuses to answer my emails, in fact they have deleted them from my account file. I have also tried to call numerous times, only getting through once. I was promised a return call on Feb. 26 but still have heard nothing. Now, the battery goes dead after only 12 hours of being unplugged from charger. Buyers beware. I will file with the BBB. I would like to know the physical address in NY for this company. I was told it was past the 10 return policy, but they never answer their calls or emails so how are you suppose to return an item or find out information on it?? Since my purchase I have tried to contact N1 33 times either by phone or email. When I tried by phone I don't call once, I try 15-20 times in one day. I only count it as one time. Still no answer, or mail box full. No response to my emails and yes, I did file with the BBB of New York. Buyers be ware."
