No exchanges on this site. You have to return and reorder...and they won't honor the price I had.

"Terrible experience. They stopped their exchange policy 3 years ago. I have to pay return shipping on my first order, then reorder at the new higher price...and pay shipping again (all because the size was too big). All in, this will now cost me about $30 more than the original order + a lot of hassle. I should have read the reviews before buying from them.

Also, shipping was much later than they promised. It took 2 weeks to receive. I'm sure my son understood why his Chrismas present arrived so late (sarcasm...eye roll).

False advertisement! Cheaters!!!

"I placed an order on December 22nd and they said that my order is guaranteed to arrive before Christmas or my order is free, my order arrived a couple of days after Christmas and when I contacted them to claim my money back, they send me an email letting me know that they can only returned $65.00 out of the $118.51 that I spent, when I closed to ask why they only going to return such amount they claimed that in the banner where they were having that promotion “ it has a limitations apply” sign where explain such a thing and ask me to look at it...is after Christmas so the freaking banner is not there and even in the email that they sent explained that my order will be free! This company is so disgusting and they should be more clear and specific when they do such offers, this is my first and last time that I used this company, people please be aware of this company and save your money. "

Total Scam

"Ordered a jersey on December 20th which they said was guaranteed Christmas Eve Delivery or your purchase was free. By 2 pm Christmas Eve I had not received and Fed Ex tracking said delivery would be December 26. I called the NBA store and they said if I did not receive Christmas Eve I should call back on the 26 th and I would be reimbursed. When I called back on the 26th, they told me I did not read the fine print which basically said they had no control after product left warehouse and was in Fed Ex hands so there was basically no guarantee. I was also stupid enough to fall for the fact that only the most expensive jerseys were quaranteed Christmas delivery which was not true. I could have ordered the less expensive jersey and got it at the same time. Will never order again which I am sure they don't care about but will make sure to tell everyone I know. "

Total Scam!

"I ordered a jersey for my grandson for Christmas on October 22, 2018. My credit card was billed immediately for $92 ( the online price of the jersey was $78). I have contacted them on several occasions to inquire about delivery with one response and a tracking #. The tracking site lists it as leaving China on November 7 with no further information. This company is not responding to my additional inquiries. Avoid doing business with this site!!!!!!!"

"Horrible. they misspelled my sons name on his jersey . It was a Christmas present. They won’t fix it. the spelling was inclided at time of purchase. They won’t help. I will never shop from this store again "

Very slow shipping, even with expedited shipping selected

"After posting a negative review (due to delayed shipment, with no notification until I had placed my order and selected expedited shipping), I was able to negotiate a refund of the shipping cost, which satisfied my concern. It took contacting them twice to get this concession, but at least they were reasonable at the end. The first contact with Customer Service was very unsatisfactory. I had to email them to get the result I thought was fair."

Shipping is terrible

"I ordered a jersey and it was undeliverable (for god knows what reason) it was then sent to a pickup location . When calling the pickup location they stated they did not have it . I then called a customer service line and was resent a replacement item . The same issue occurred with the replacement item. I have never had issues with receiving mail and it was extremely frustrating to be provided with instructions on how to pick up the undeliverable item only to find out the store holding it (according to my tracking number) wasn’t actually doing so . This frustration has really deterred me from purchasing from this website in the future."

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

"Was not even worthy of a single star. I ordered my child a ball cap for the game. The game came and went with no ball cap. My child was devastated as you could imagine. I was told I had to “live with it” what an excellent explanation! Alex Id # 73190 is the supervisor in which whom I spoke with. You would be better suited to order elsewhere than to have to deal with these uncompassionate people they call customer service employees. "

Never ship when promised

"This is the second time in a row I have ordered from this website and shipping is delayed with absolutely no explanation when you reach out to customer service they tell you that you will receive an email with updated information within 2 to 3 days and then when you get the email it just states that your order is delayed and if you want to cancel you can I absolutely hate this store/website"

Horrible items and horrible customer service!

"I ordered 3 items and each item had crooked logos, bad stitching, heat press on the logo was too hot that it took color from the hoodies base color where you can actually see where they got the vinyl from... won’t refund on a custom order that hasn’t been processed and still got charged for shipping even though it was free! I was then offered 10% off my next order for the inconvenience, even though the website was currently running 25% off on all products! What a joke! Please don’t buy from here. Bad products and bad service!"

Worst experience

"I ordered a hoodie for my fiancé’s birthday two weeks before his birthday and it didn’t arrive in time. The shopping status didn’t update for over a week and only after I emailed them did that update. Even after I got the item I’m late, I’m not happy with the quality at all. Unacceptable customer service!!

"I placed an order on September 4th for my grandsons birthday on October 15th. None of the items were out of stock. Here it is October 5th and none of the items were shipped nor will there be in time when I travel in 3 days to see him. The customer representative was not very helpful, talking over me and just making excuses that they have several warehouses blah, blah, blah....Unsatisfied and will never shop on their site again!!"
