"Purchased 3 items. Received an item that was not what I ordered. Reached out to the company from the emails on the site advising the problem and just give me a refund. They basically advised them shipment was mis-shipped. They have been trying to negotiate a percentage of my funds saying they are at a lose also. That is totally unacceptable for an error that was on their part. Still waiting for a response after I advised I was not negotiating. Have not received a refund either. "

"i have ordered two memphis jo morant jerseys on Feb 1st. after i received my invoice from paypal with my credit card payment, i have receive ABSOLUTELY NOTHING from the website. i’ve tried to email the site’s so-called customer service email (which i have seen they changed at least TWICE with such contact emails!!!) on a daily basis but again NIL RESPONSE AT ALL!!!!! They have mentioned the likelihood of response is within 24hrs, BUT IT IS NEVER THE CASE!!!!

"They want $9.99 to return an item! AND they don't do exchanges for size so if you need another size you need to return the item which costs you $9.99 more and you have to pay the shipping for the new item which in this case is $4.99. (Hmmm $4.99 to ship it to me and $9.99 to ship it back?) Then on top of that they will not honor the original price it was bought at. I purchased an item before Christmas with a coupon code and they will not honor that price for the new (exchange) item. So to do an "exchange" I have to pay $9.99+$4.99+$18.97 an extra $33.92 to get THE SAME EXACT ITEM!"

"Purchased a "surprise" Christmas gift for my husband on December 09 and I have received an email saying that it has shipped on the 10th. Tracking says "Shipment Data Uploaded" for over a week so I followed up thru their Twitter account on the 18th. Rep said I was correct and that something was "suspicious" with the tracking so they're sending a "replacement" at no charge but could not guarantee an expedited shipping to Canada. I was like, okay, as long as it gets here before the New Year! I got an email again on the 19th saying that a replacement was shipped and guess what?! IT'S NOT MOVING EITHER!
I checked the first order that I had wishing that something would still arrive in time for Christmas and I see that they transferred the shipping thru FedEx on the 20th. I was very hopeful with the estimated delivery date on the FedEx website as it says "December 24", but it's now Christmas eve, and its status is still "Shipment information sent to FedEx". This only means that the package/s is/are still not with FedEx, so where the heck are my packages?! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR RUINING MY CHRISTMAS!

"Got an email saying my Christmas order was delayed with no shipping date in sight, and I could cancel at any time. Spent 2 days trying to cancel only to be told it wasn't possible. Finally got an agent to say it was cancelled and I was getting a refund, only to receive an email the next day telling me my cancelled order had been shipped. This company is shady and foesn't back up its promises."

I got in contact with the representative and they told me that the only way I can return it if I pay for the shipping there and back ($13.99+$9.99). This is ridiculous! First of all, I think I should be able to cancel the order within at least three hours of the purchase, second, the shipping cost is way too high. However my shirt never arrived and all I got was emails extending the date or emails saying there was a problem with the manufacturer and did not when it would ship next. I cancelled my order now (the NBA season is about to start). Worst experience ordering ever."
