"While I write this, I have yet to use my pc as I haven't received my keyboard I ordered with the pc. This has been one the worse customer service experiences I have had to deal with. November 24th 2016 we ordered a custom built Rebel II Tier II gaming computer with hyper headset, corsair mouse and keyboard with two gaming mats. There were components of the computer that were back ordered so we were contacted by NCIX to see if we would like to switch them out. Of course we said yes as we wanted our computer before the holidays and didn't mind switching little components. The computer arrived on Dec 19th, 2016 but it was missing 3 vital parts to use it, keyboard, mouse and headset. We called and emailed NCIX multiple times. Dec 21st Minh emailed us that our mouse and headset were shipped already and they were waiting on stock of our keyboard which should arrive tomorrow(Dec. 22nd). The headset and mouse arrived a few days later on Dec 22 with a note saying that the keyboard was still back ordered and shipping soon. We emailed again on Dec 30th asking about the keyboard. No responses still. Thinking that we were being ignored because of the busy holidays we waited a little longer. Emailed again a few times through January. There was horrible to no communication with NCIX and Minh regarding the missing items in our order and the keyboard that was actually 2 months backordered. That is something we would have changed immediately if we knew. We finally got an email Jan 25, 2017 from Minh saying they just received stock of the keyboard and would be sending out that day. We wrote an email expressing our distain for how everything was handled and the response from Minh was condescending and rude implying it was our fault for not realizing the keyboard was 2 months backordered. Maybe they should update their website so they don't offer things they don't carry in stock or communicate through email and phone more thoroughly. Extremely disappointed. We spent 2200 on this Rebel gaming computer. This is the second computer we have bought from NCIX in two years. The first one was great. Second one we haven't been able to try as no keyboard. Would not want to deal with them again...

"I have shopped at NCIX for over a decade, and I every single time I have been amazed at how quickly they process and ship orders. In my latest experience, I was trying to order a new laptop from Dell.com. After a week of waiting for it to ship, the model went out of stock and they cancelled my order! I went to NCIX, bought a better laptop in the same price range, and it was shipped and already in my city the same day I bought it. It was delivered the next business day.
I had also sent their customer care department a question and they responded back very fast both to my initial question and to follow-up questions. Katie assisted me and was a pleasure to deal with. I will continue to recommend NCIX, 5 stars without hesitation."
