"For the people who don't want to read a whole review, DARREL IS A ROCKSTAR AND NCIX IS AWESOME!!!

I bought a power supply from their eBay outlet about 10 months ago. The power supply was very well packaged and shipped, especially for a refurbished unit. It took a little while to get here, but I'll cut them some slack because the package came from Canada and I'm a Yank.

Recently, it's starting to make some weird noises. It sounded like time for an RMA, but there was one small problem...

...I threw away the order invoice.

Then I called NCIX, and after about 10 minutes of being on hold with some of the most ANNOYING hold advertisements I've ever heard (I counted at least 3 ads with Valley Girl impersonations. Like, OMG, gag me with a spoon!) Darrel was able to e-mail me my invoice from forever and a half ago, and I'll now be able get this issue fixed.

I help people choose computer parts and retailers at least every day in various internet communities, and I will DEFINITELY be recommending NCIX.

"Needed something to try to get better wifi connection for my wife's desdktop, which was getting only 3 bars reception. Looked up products on NCIX website, and decided on a $14.95 TP-Link omni directional antenna on the basis of reviews on the website. Got a bus to the store, walked in and a sales representative, Steven C. approached me, got the sku number of product, and said, yes, it's in stock - the website had shown 1 in stock. The transaction was fast, and the product raised the wifi reception from 3 to 5 bars. Wife happy. She is using an NCIX computer, at least our second, so I have had a number of purchases from this company."

"I had ordered a BenQ EW2440L from NCIX and was happy with my order overall since it had shipped fast and cost less than I had expected, however the monitor was emitting a loud high pitched noise while running and had a big dead pixel area in the corner.

I got into contact with NCIX customer service and was really happy with how Erick treated me, I had gotten a response back within an hour and after explaining the problem he promptly issued me an RMA number with complete instructions and a prepaid Canada Post label.

After sending back my old monitor i had received my new one again extremely fast (took less than 5 days) so needless to say I am very happy.

Also happy to report that the new monitor is completely silent and working perfectly, I have gotten many parts from NCIX in the past and after this experience would definitely shop with them again. "

"I ordered a new PC at NCIX in the end of July, though there were some delays with backorders, the staff e-mailed me with awesome alternatives and suggestions to save me time.

I had them build the PC, it was well worth it. The PC runs like a dream and all the components are very well installed and the cable management was near an art form :)

To top it all off, the individual who build my PC responded to my nice comment in the order and drew an NCIX Unicorn on the build summary document. I found it very amusing and would definitely buy again."

"I bought a sapphire r9 290 tri-x from NCIX recently, and it had a coil whine issue. I asked them if I could get a replacement, and without a hassle, NCIX's Erick Chmara helped me do a cross shipment RMA. I didn't even know cross shipment RMA existed, but Erick, after hearing that I don't have much time to wait, suggested I do a cross shipment RMA, and also without any cost, since it was my first RMA. The new gpu arrived only two days after, and I was able to compare the noise with my current gpu and return the worse. There still is coil whine, but that is supposed to be something common between high-end gpu's and it is up to my luck to get a quiet one, so I just decided to keep what I have. In the end, I'm very impressed by NCIX's fast and hassle-free RMA. I feel safe to buy other computer parts from NCIX after having this experience."

"I am happy to tell you of the very positive sales experience that I had with Cissy Huang.

I went into the Aberdeen NCIX to ask for a 4GB memory upgrade to my computer. I had found a pair of memory modules on the NCIX website and asked to purchase them. Cissy took the order and asked me to e-mail a photo of the factory installed memory module. I did so and she then asked me to tell her the model of my computer. With that information, Cissy recommended a single 4GB module at a lower price than the pair that I had originally asked to buy. She confirmed with the tech adviser that this module would work with my computer and it does.

I greatly appreciate sales people who will sell you what you ask for, but respectfully ask pertinent questions that allow them to suggest a superior and less costly item. "
