"DECEIT The trick that Negri Electronics plays is to advertise on Google products shopping price comparison with a low price for a different product. Example- if you google an Apple iPad wifi + 3G 64GB they advertise it for $782.50 and you click the link for them and what you get to put in your cart is the NON 3G product which sells from Apple for $699 but they sell it for $782.50. At the bottom of the details it does say NON wifi in red but unless you read it all you miss that and just put the wrong item in your cart. They want up to a 45% restocking fee for returns and have time limits, etc. They obviously have had confused consumers because they even sent out an email stating customers mix these items up. They also sent the iPad which I suspect is a gray market item since it had no U.S. AC charger but had some European or foreign charger in the box. We had to purchase a separate AC charger. I am not sure we have an official U.S. warranty or not. I ask you......who in their right mind would purchase an Apple iPad wifi 64GB for $83.50 more than Apple's list price??????? But, by the tricky link many people apparently mistakenly "mis-order" them. I am presently trying to get my Amex card company to refund or at least knock off $100+ to compensate for price overcharge and lack of AC charger. So far they are siding with Negri because they show documentation that I incorrectly ordered it, which I suppose I did but by trickery!! "

"I've purchased 2 unlocked phones from NegriElectronics in the past couple of years. Ryan and his crew at Negri have nothing short of awesome in customer service, sales, and willingness to work with me if with questions or repairs. Negri has gone above and beyond in several occasions in helping me with a manufacture claim dealing a manufacture faulty phone. Hats off to the people at Negri. Keep up the great service and thank you!!!

"Great NEWS! It took my Credit Card company less than 8 hours to process my chargeback complaint against Negri Electronics. Evidently the Credit Card company found the evidence so overwhelmingly convincing that it did not merit any delays. I encourage all that have been wrongfully charged by Negri Electronics or have unresolved quality and/or return issues with Ryan and Negri Electronics to promptly file their complaints. Be sure to save all transcripts, receipts, or web site snapshots as evidence and submit them with your complaints.

Above all, be persistent and don't take NO for an answers, from Negri or the Credit Card company. As consumers, we have rights that can only be preserved when we fight for them and not just roll-over in futile acceptance.

Complaints with other consumer protection sites, BBB, as well as Federal and State agencies will follow. Until such time that Ryan and Negri Electronics atones for their deeds with a sincere apology and change their reprehensible business practices, threads like these will continue to inform the public and serve as a red flag to potential Negri victims.

This is NOT a "flaming", it is simply a Customer's viewpoint rendered well within the guidelines of this Forum and my rights as a citizen of this nation.

"I was looking to purchase an HP iPAQ Classic 111, and I stumbled across Negri Electronics, as they were offering the lowest price at the time. I put in my order right before memorial day weekend, which led to a little bit of a mix-up when it came down to the details. It turns out that Negri Electronics had discontinued the Classic on their site, and no longer had it in stock. After being notified of this, I was offered a full refund (which I took) or to purchase an alternative device. It was refreshing to deal directly with a real person, Ryan, with no fooling around. If I were still in the market, I might perhaps consider returning to their store."
