"NegriElectronics is not such a good seller at all. They do not take the feeling of customers to their consideration. I ordered a tablet on their website when it was in stock, however, they just did not send me the product but changed the status of the unit into "backorder", which means I have to wait another months to get this. They did not explain why it was my order was postponed other than the others', moreover, after that, they were just pushing me to buy a more expensive unit and telling me that they can send that unit as I placed the order. They never take the responsibility to give the real satisfactions to their customers. Won't buy anymore from their store if they are still acting like this.
According to your insincere excuse and the actual thing you have done, I would say NEVER! You are saying better even than singing! You not only have lied on the unit's stock status but also increased the price as it is not so familiar to the US market. Yes, you may send me this unit with a faster shipment because you have increased the price of this unit. It was $614.5 when I placed the order, but you have increased it to $649.50, $35 worth a 1-day shipping indeed, right? So you are just exculpating yourself from the mistakes and lies, and trying to cover them by other lies. You lied down your store policy yourself so you can explain every fault with that. Why don't you add policies like "we can keep the money from a customer as long as we want without shipping the product" or "it should be legal for us to sell fake products here"? That would be even better for your trading.
Anyhow, a single customer means nothing to your store, you still have hundreds of thousands of people to fool with.

But it was real an unhappy experience for my shopping in your store. Before placing that order, I viewed many comments on your store and I noticed unhappy buyers, I thought there were only a few unhappy ones, I should not be that unlucky. "I ordered a Slingbox from this company on 12/9 and received an order confirmation the same day. I thought it was odd that a company that sells unlocked cell phones exclusively was selling this product. However, they had a product page on their site, and had it listed on Amazon and Google so I figured it was legit. (a day early) It turned out I couldn't use the $600 Samsung Galaxy II S because my carrier (Verizon) doesn't use sim cards. Well, they refunded me the full amount (minus $10 for the original free shipping) even though I had opened the box, and all the shrink-wrapping. They could have charged me up to 25% restocking since I had opened it. This company is 100% reliable and 200% honest. I would go out of my way to order future products from Negri Electronics."

They probably pay people to say good things about them. I bought a phone Nokia E7 from them unaware to me they got the phone from hong kong. Which means automatically you dont have any warranty on it. The phone never worked and they did nothing to assist on it. It had to be sent back to hong kong which took 6 months. I finally got the phone back and it did not even come on. I am stuck with the phone as we speak and it does not even work. This however was my second device.
