"Really great service! Some of the best I've had from an online retailer. I ordered an unlocked Samsung Galaxy S 2 which was shipped quickly, and upon opening the box I was glad to find that they had packaged the contents very well, and they even included a socket adapter (the GS2 is still Europe only for the time being) which I hadn't even thought of purchasing myself and a card thanking me for my businessess--something of a rarity.
Something they could improve on would be including a country of retail origin so that one knows what to expect in the box: mine was from Romania and so the instructions obviously reflected that fact. I was expecting a model from the UK. Not a huge deal, but maybe a little helpful. (I should add that a quick jaunt over to Samsung's UK website quickly remedied that issue by offering the manual for download in pdf.
