"First, I don't think shopping at Negri Electornicswill really make sense. The cost is a bit high, the new product is not that fast enough to make an order. However, I decided to give it a go and found out that their services are the best.
Everything came as what Negri has promised, they kept the last piece of order for me eventhough I had the payment problem on that day without asking for the proof. They are really professional, they handled my payment problem with my bank from overseas. Once, everything is cleared, they then shipped the goods to me directly.
I found all tese things that had happened are too good to be true and really hard to believe. They have my trust right away during the first shipment. I called them several times and I felt like they have really put their efforts on solving my case.
They even pay attention to every annoying requests I made.

"The phone I received from Negri was defective, but it seems they are willing to work with their customers. I wasn't clear about the exchange policy, but Negri did clarify in an email their policy about returning defective merchandise. I could order a new phone and ship the old one back, but if it isn't found defective I would be charged for both.
Hopefully this issue is resolved in a timely fashion.

I was looking online last Saturday July 9, 2011 for a Business phone and I noticed the high rates of the customer service your website have and the great ratings.
I placed an order and everything was good.
On Monday, I didn't receive any item Status like process or shipping.
I called and talked to Sergio who was very professional and kind and helped me to get my questions answered.
I have been told the item status will be sent to me in same day ( Monday), that never happened.
I called on Tuesday and the support agent told me the same thing ( Tuesday), and that never received an email..
then , i have been told that the item is not in the stock and i will have to wait till you guys order it and then ship it to me ( through email).
I called next day to check and the support agent told me it will take till next week to reach me.
I asked for an upgrade , he advised ( Joe) that i will have to pay extra $19.99..I said OK.
I email the customer support that i feel it's not so fair to pay extra shipping and that will result in a negative feedback.
Them Ryan email me back with a rude un-professional email telling me that he doesn't appreciate my Business and the way i am using to press on him to get the over-nigh shipping.
I email im back explaining that i am not willing to do that and didn't even mean that ( press on him to get the overnight shipping ), I was giving him a heads-up with what is going to happen.
He never respond and canceled my order with out a notice and threat me to work on canceling my Amazon account.
I seek your help and input as a manager to get this issue resolved, get me my item and may be explain the "customer service " more to Ryan.
the reply for this seller is TOTAL misleading.
They are trying t get away with what they did and I will never let that happen.
I will follow-up with Amazon and will take this case to court if I had to.
I confirm, i never threat anyone and never will do.
It was my fault that i was trying to get them a positive feedback which they don't deserve.
They just posted how nice I acted and my will to ignore their fault and give them a %100 positive feedback.
They just shot themselves in the foot.
But, we all know they don't care about their reputation since they got already many negative feedback ( i didn't know that).
If any one has this experience while buying a $360 phone with immediate payment, what would your feedback be ?
By the way, they don't answer calls or Chat any more, AND IF YOU ASK TO SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER, THE GUY ON THE CHAT WILL TELL YOU THAT HE IS THE MANAGER AND DISCONNECT THE SESSION
