"BEWARE Stay Away! A Timeline of Disappointment:
Jan 30th: Initial order of amazing new device the Galaxy Tab 7.7! (Samsung P6800 Galaxy Tab 7.7 16GB WiFi & 3G (Unlocked) (White); Cart Discount 619.50)
Feb 7th: Call to follow up on why order has not shipped yet. (asked to pay extra to finally get the item shipped in a different color as there was an error in the system that allowed an "in stock" item to sell out). Charged an additional $19.00 to finally get the item shipped in a different color (this color was actually the one I wanted but was listed as out of stock on the website).
Feb 16th Item FINALLY Arrives however the SIM Card is not working. I call them and they tell me I need to setup an RMA online.
Feb 27th: Initial RMA setup for the device. RMA#1000XXX
March 25th: Followup email to find out status of RMA as its been almost one month with no response from Negri.
March 26th: Told item needs to be repaired before RMA can process.
April 30th: Follow up amd told that the item is still being repaired.
May 10th: Am asked to pay another additional fee of $55.00 to get the item fixed.
May 28th: Item is returned back to me instead of being RMA. Four months after the initial order...
This is no way to run a business."

"About five months ago, there was a running sale on the galaxy nexus, which was one of the high tier phones at the moment. Retailing for over $80 price offered at negri, I bought from Negri Electronics (first time buyer). The payment process through amazon was very adequate, and it was shipped right away, which features ranks very high in my agenda when it comes to pricey gadgets.
After a few weeks, the device died. Negri decidedly helped me to get a working phone again, so I can thank enough Sergio from customer service who provided an over the top and helpful service experience. Thanks !"

"It was my first time buying from Negri, and also my first time buying an unlocked phone online. As you may probably know, unlocked devices cost quite a bit of money. I wanted to buy an Asus Padfone, and Negri was one of the retailers that had it in stock.
I first contacted chat customer support in the morning, and confirmed that they had the item in stock. They were really nice and professional, and did not pressure me at all.
I told the rep I wanted to do more research and he was cool with it.
A few hours later I got contacted chat again. It was on a Friday and I really wanted the phone the next day as I was leaving town the following Monday. I thought it wouldn't be possible, but Ted from customer chat told me that he could make it happen.
I ordered the phone at around noon, and got my shipping email just a few hours later. Shipping was really affordable for next day overnight too. So far so good.
The next day I checked my tracking and the delivery date was pushed back to Tuesday! I contacted Fedex first, and then Negri.
I was really surprised to see that Negri replied to my email that same day, as they are not open on the weekends. I knew that it was up to Fedex at that point to deliver my package, but I was really glad to see that Negri promptly replied to my email.
Thankfully my package did end up getting delivered on that Saturday, and I have been enjoying my new phone ever since.
In conclusion, Negri rocks! And Ted is awesome. I will definitely shop there again.

Even though their shipment delayed (like everyone else) they kept me completely in the loop about the situation - I did not feel like I was in the dark at all. I truly appreciated the effort, and eventually I received my S3 earlier than their estimated date. It was great doing business with them - and would buy from them again!"
