"I bought the GSM version of Motorola Droid 3, aka Motorola XT860 (Bell-Canada version) unlocked, to be used in Europe. Very good communicating service, very fast shipping method (FedEx - International priority), even a little bit expensive, but with full tracking and extremely fast; the product arrived to me in Europe, only 4 days after the purchase order. The Negri El. personal followed the shipping and notified me about arriving and necessity of Custom formalities before local Custom service did. After a few days of experimenting with the phone, it can be say that it is a wonderful piece of technology. "I have ordered in NE Fujitsu F-05D Arrows X LTE (Unlocked) (Black). I knew from the press that is model only for operator NTT DoCoMo, Japan. But also I knew that the operator does manufacture unlock for all models of phones. Besides in the device name there was word Unlocked.
The order has been delivered quickly by Fedex – from Hong Kong to Moscow only for a week. Phone interesting, in Russia and Europe similar models aren't on sale.
However the device has appeared isn't unblocked for work with other operators. At attempt to insert SIM card, phone requests certain Lock Unlock Code.
I have informed on this problem in support service NE. However NE suport insist that phone was preliminary manufacture unlock. My dispute with NE proceeds a week. It is a pity the spent money, nerves and time. I recommend to order to nobody on NE.

My claim to the seller consists not in absence of reaction from its party on my references, and in unsatisfactory quality of answers of support. A difference in time – also not a problem. It is not necessary to exaggerate.
The seller creates visibility of care of the buyer, but actually cares only of the reputation, trying to justify here. Thus the problem with my phone remained. I suggested to communicate with me on Skype that I could specify in a lack visually. Instead the seller has sent to me RMA for return of the goods for examination. Thus cost of transfer to the United States makes of Russia almost half of cost of the goods. Plus is time expenses. As a result the meaning is lost.
And still. I recommend to all this store. To all who wants problems, who likes an incompetent support service, to whom time and money aren't expensive."

"Very quick shipping internationally for the phone that I ordered, I was very impressed. Not quite so impressed though, that the "unlocked" phone that I ordered was in fact locked, and I needed to persuade a customer services rep to give me an unlock code (initially he insisted it couldn't possibly be locked, and that the problem was with the SIM - it wasn't, as verified by the fact that the unlock code fixed the problem). The phone was a birthday gift, so it took the shine off it slightly by the fact it wouldn't accept the SIM. However, it was good that I was given the code quickly."
