"I admire how Netflix is expanding these days. They put a new show every single day. I love to watch TV shows and movies, my favorite so far is Stranger things. It is great that every show is available to watch whenever you want. For the time I spend there on Netflix the member price is very cheap I would say :) Thank you Netflix for existing!"

"Netflix does not update tgeir software, I have been with them for several years and the look and the options have never changed or been improved. An IT company cannot simply stand-by as is, it will be surpassed by others. An IT company has to continuously modernize itself if it expects to remain at the top for the long-term. Netflix is not doing that. Simple changes could be added to improve members experience, for instance, why not add the possibility of adding personnal comments to shows so you know that you have already watched it , are up to episode ****, have started watching ut but don't like, doesn't play in language that you understand,..."
"The services on Netflix have gone down and when I have called Netflix to have this rectified. They have not been able to sort this problem out. So when I stress the fact that I am paying for services that I am not able to receive through no fault of my own and asked for them to rectify this. "it **** **** and has no good shows or movie ever. the ones that were okay they took off and replaced them with netflix originals which are the most **** shows and movies on the plant. the actors **** and so does the quality of the show. half of the time my netflix doesn’t let me turn my screen around on my phones which gets me really heated. just had a breakdown over how much i **** hate netflix. i’m asking my mom to cancel our subscription and everyone who has netflix should also cancel and get hulu. hulu is so much better then netflix and has no many more options. the regular hulu has the same shoes as netflix and more and they don’t have any **** original shows that no one cares about. also if you want even more shoes you can get hulu live to get access to live tv. netflix has raised their prices when should have lowered them. NETFLIX **** i would highly recommend to cancel you subscription."
"I have had Netflix for a while now, recently I noticed that most content is out of date. No recent movies and more foreign films. While the foreign films are interesting (I have watched a fair number and enjoyed them), subtitles are more work than just zoning out to watch a movie. I would prefer a happy medium. Anyway, tonight I could not connect to Netflix. Every other online site I could connect to Comcast, Hulu, Bravo, Showtime, HBO, but not Netflix. Their customer service was the worst. They were condescending and asking me repeatedly if I really cleared my cache...yes I did. Sending me links to clear the cache which I used. Asking me to type in Netflix.com/clearcache and when I did but still received the same error was told that I must not be typing it incorrectly. They refused to accept that every other site I was using worked. It must be an issue on my end...although never had one before and wasn't having any with any other high data requiring site. They repeatedly would not let me speak and talked over me. Netflix used to be great, but its not worth your money anymore and tonight their customer team confirmed it. Oh by the way, I'm typing and posting this on the same Internet they stated was clearly the issue while I simultaneously watch Billions through my TV provider, Comcast, on my laptop. Yep, I have an Internet issue....it can't just be Netflix."

I called the representative and the supervisor who told me to chalk it theres nothing they can do and they have no control over their own gift cards and that I was out of luck. Wow.
