"I only gave 1 star because it won't allow me to save with none. I cancelled my Netflix approximately a 1yr and 3 months ago. I noticed back in September they were still withdrawing about $10/month and I hadn't used it or thought about it in a year. Since the charge was only about $10/month I had overlooked it. But it had cost me about $120 total after adding it up. I called to cancel it again. The service rep was extremely rude and claimed they could tell if I had called before and that I had never called to cancel; however, he ended up telling me he for sure had it cancelled this time and would put a note on the acct to refund the $120 if I disputed it with my bank. Well my bank can only legally dispute back like 60 days. And come to find out they have continued to take out the fee each month since. I had to put in a stop payment with my bank and am out about $150 total for a service(that has not been returned to me) that I haven't used and was suppose to be cancelled twice now!"
"I have been a mail-order rental customer of Netflix for years. We got not one single notification of a price or contract increase. Instead, Netflix stopped receiving/mailing movies to us on Saturdays, and stopped mailing us movies the same day they receive them. So, in essence they have effectively gotten a 28% pay increase from me, and I get less movies. Since there is no way to receive more than a few movies at a time, it's not making much sense for us to continue with Netflix. I believe their business practice is meant to drive us away. It will do that as well as make us angry. We will tell all our friends to find another provider."
"First time to call their customer service and the man's English was terrible. I was getting an error code on my TV that told me to go to the website and that page was not working. My phone I was using my data so I knew it was not an internet issue on my end. I have an app on my TV to track if my internet gets dropped and it showed it was good and I also did a ping to check my speed so no issue on my end. (I am a electrical engineer of 17 years).
It was impossible to get help as he kept referencing my internet connection is the problem and when I pointed out the Netflix website I accesed via my phone using data showed the site was also down so I knew it was on their end. But it was impossible to have an intelligent conversation especially with such poor English skills.
If I have to go through with them again Ill just switch to Hulu or YouTube red. Ironic was I got a message about their rate increase yet their service is bad."

"I started watching "Black Mirror" for the first time ever. No one else has been on my account or watched this show, yet this senseless 'service' puts me on "Season 3: Episode 1" instead of "Season 1: Episode 1" without my knowledge. I'm genuinely frustrated because this almost ruined the show for me, and as I said, it's senseless. Why start a new watcher on the third season? I feel gypped by Netflix."

"For the last several months Netflix DVD has gotten really bad about sending out new DVD’s. Which is a big change from them trying to having the fastest turnaround time as possible, which they use to do. They either wait a day or 2 after they have acknowledged you have returned the one you had, before sending out a new one. Or they just pretend they haven’t received it for a couple of days. The outcome is the same- to ensure you can only get a few DVD’s a month. Do they really think people won’t notice their little game, and what bad customer service it is or they just don’t care since they wanted to get rid of the DVD section before? It’s been a very LONG time since I gotten an email from Netflix, asking me to rate part of their service.
I did like using Netflix for the DVD’s for TV series, usually cable shows that I didn’t want to pay for each episode on Amazon for. And for new movies that aren’t yet available on streaming. But now it has me rethinking the whole thing, and it’s worth the couple extra dollars on Amazon for the TV shows, to get them when I want them. And for the new movies, I can either rent them from xfinity or Amazon, again it might cost me more, but I will get them when I want them at least…
