"Contacted Netflix after being a customer for 4 years about just finding out that not only do I pay 7.99 for two devices when I signed up for three I never get my three and they are gonna change the price. I was told today that I was grandfathered in but that grandfathered price is done !!! What ... What the hell does grandfathered mean ??? Duh you get that price as long as you have account the company is gonna bankrupt itself complete waste of time customer service is horrible and quite frankly movies are horrible... They rarely put movies on worth watching and if you do watch them they never put new ones on... This is a horrible company on every aspect...
And that rating as a one star is only because they make you touch at least one star the customer service is horrible hire some robots.. I wouldn't even give them a half star !!!
Hulu here I come !!!!"
"I think a one star is two high the programs suck and the customer service is even worse . I have to log in every time even to devices it's saved on . I will be watch a program and it will kick me off and make me log back in I have checked my product and my internet . This has happened on Xbox 360 and Xbox 1 and 3 flat screens and blue ray and apple tablets . they never fix the problem . this is crap and will never use it again"
"I want the old version of Netflix on my computer. I had to erase my programs and got the new version of Netflix which is horrible. If you can't send me the version from 2 years ago to ****@****. Please or I will be forced to seek other entertainment. How could you take something as wonderful as Netflix and ruin it. I await your reply on the email given. I still have the old version on my cell phone. I am talking about the decent one. I pay for it and expect the same good Netflix you used to have. That is why I don't take any new upgrade lighltly. It could be very bad for the user. I can't get half the channels I used to get. As you can tell I am very angry. Your acting like our government who just shove change down people's throats thinking we the people that pay you won't notice. Well times are changing and people are not stupid. They will speak up. We as Americans are stepped on every day and are fed up. I love my country. You love the almighty dollar. No wonder Americans are recruited by fanatics over seas and fight for maniac radicals. They are our children who feel disenfranchised by their own country. I am totally against what these kids are doing and dying for. It's big government and big money here that make them act insane. Ask.yourself are you the way you shove an inferior product down our throats any different? Search your own souls. Think instead of how can we make more money. I'm near 60 and this country sold it's own people out for power which money brings. No jobs because big business outsource all the jobs to make more money. When is enough, enough? ???"
"Netflix service has been horrible in 2015. I used to get at least 2 or 3 movies per week by mail. Now I am lucky to get even 1 movie per week.
Customer Service was called and the person was apathetic and did not offer any incentive for me to stay with Netflix.
I am going to look into Redbox as other reviewers have done."
"For starters Netflix customer service is absolutely terrible. Unwilling to work with me. Shoving their policies down my throat, pushing me to go to Hulu+. The customer service manager told me "if giving me another month free would potentially bankrupt their company." I simply asked Netflix to offer me what Hulu was offering me. Not only did customer service say no, but I also got a hold of the corporate feedback team. I was turned down fast by her than customer service. If I were to have Netflix for the next ten years I would be spending $1,153.20, but instead Hulu will receive my money. My FAMILY & I will NEVER USE Netflix again. Was $8.99 worth not having a loyal life long customer?"
"Netflix was great in the beginning. Now all has hit bottom. They seem to want to give as few movies as possible for the full subscription price. Not the original unlimited movie rental agreement. My plan was switched to 3 at a time (orignally 5 at a time). Which averages about 12 movies a month (I am retired). Now I am luckey if I receive 6 to 7 movies a month yet I am still paying the same subscription price. I am seriously considering useing Redbox and cancelling Netflix."
"netflix is delaying sending movies out but they claim otherwise. Problem seemed to begin around 01/01/2015. I called their customer service and was informed they are aware of the problem in timely delivery of their movies and they are "investigating". They claim no changes in policy and no changes in personnel at the local shipment center. The company rep stated she did not have an idea for an expected get well date and she claims the problem is nationwide. Local post office says no delays in getting mail delivered and all my bills show up on time. They apparently stopped working on Saturdays which also delays getting movies out. Save your money and go for Redbox. I think Netflix is cutting costs by cutting service to their customers. Previously a very satisfied Netflix customer but things have changed."
"Netflix has apparently decided that I watch and return my movies too quickly. WTF? I'm retired, I watch the movie the same day I receive it, and I have my roommate drop it off at the post office on his way back to work. So now when they receive the dvd back the next day they delay sending out the next one in my queue - even though they have emailed me that it's scheduled for delivery the next day. I will be cancelling at the end of this billing cycle. And no, Netflix, not ALL your customers are happy with your service. They just cancel like I'm going to do. I have a Red Box within walking distance. They are probably going to start throttling my streaming plan next."
"Horrible company! Sends me email offering another "free trial". One day later they charge my credit card. Called supervisor Ryan, and he told me charges will stick as I had prior free trial? What? They came to me for another trial. And they will not credit unused month and they refused to remove my email for future offers? What? What? What? Everyone stay away from these dishonest loosers.

"I have been with NetFlix for about 7 months and at first it seemed ok. The tv shows they haveare pretty up to date for the most part. However, I have been terribly upset that whenever I search for something, it is never there! I have tried to search for something as simple Jurassic Park & Moulin Rouge...and nothing!
THIS NEEDS TO CHANGE!"
"After a change of address 3 dvds are lost in the mail. Ive been with out my movies for about 2 months. I called netflix and told them what happened. Thay counted the lost movies as returned. Now my next 3 titles are on the way . Thank you net flix. I wish all customer service departments could be as good as yours"
"Netflix is the WORST service you could possibly imagine. The app on my ps3 does not work half the time, I have to restart it two or three time just to get it to load or make sound.
There is ZERO tech support, its like there are children running this company. Now that I've told you about the bugs, and you know. Also know this: they do NOT have anything new, or good to watch."
"Netflix has old movies is netflix aware that redbox has online streaming and has movies from 2014"
"I used to watch netflix on my wii but since moving to the middle of nowhere where internet is $100/ month for 10 gigs I switched to 2 movies sent by mail at a time. Im very happy with netflix. I get my movies very fast and the recent movie in my queue wasnt at the nearest facility so they shipped it from a far away facility and still sent me the next 2 movies in my queue, so I ended up with 3 movies so that was really cool of them."
"Great selection, but it's getting to be overpriced. I don't like when they take items off the site unexpectedly--it encourages me to buy the shows I really like on DVD so that I always have access to them. (I guess that's a good thing for DVD sellers?) I'm watching netflix right now!"
