"I got great prices on a new Ryzen 5 cpu and DDR5 ram kit from Newegg in the first place, but then two days later they advertised a free 512GB SSD gift with the same low price for the processor. I called customer service to ask if I could possibly receive one of the SSD gifts too, even though my order had already shipped. I had the pleasure of speaking with Jacqueline A., who was absolutely lovely, and who graciously fulfilled that request for me, sending me a free SSD to match the current deal.
