"I ordered a caddy and cable for a second hard drive in my new laptop. I followed the instructions and even watched the video, but the drive wasn't recognized. I emailed for help, and was told to upgrade the bios which I did, but it didn't help. When I reported this they told me not to bother returning the cable, just to send a photo of it cut in two. I got the new one two days later and it worked perfectly. No product is 100% perfect,and they handled the issue very well. I would not hesitate to do business with them again."
