"Fantastic. I contacted them to clarify my computer supported dual hard drives, and they got back to me right away -- it did. I had contacted HP previously -- the manufacturers of the computer -- and they basically gave me an "I don't know....". I had a bit of a pain trying to get it to work, but nothing that was their fault -- HP just made the computer weird. Their video tutorial on how to install the part was awesome as well. Although it was pretty intuitive, it's always comforting to see someone else do it, especially when it's a situation which involves taking your brand new laptop under the knife. Sure, the part was expensive -- two tiny strips of rubber and a cable for $40 -- but it was just as expensive as everywhere else. I would gladly pay that much again for their fantastic customer service. Thanks largely to Newmodeus, I now have my ultimate dream setup -- a quad-core i7 laptop, with both a 128GB SSD & a 1TB HDD, and with Windows 8 & Ubuntu Studio running alongside each other in dual-boot. Would gladly shop with them again -- next time I need a second hard drive in a computer, they will be the first (and likely only) place I will look.
