"I love the drive caddy itself and the eSata interface works perfectly and I am very happy with the quality and operation of those units. The rubber case designed for the CD drive does not fit the drive properly. Firstly I had to remove the locking mechanism from the drive to make it fit in the case and then I found that there is still a metal piece on the drive that doesn't fit the case. I had to use an exacto knife to make a long insertion into the rubber case for the metal tab to slide along. Even with the modification it still doesn't fit properly.
