"Finding the item I wanted online at nextwarehouse was easy, as was ordering it online and shipping was prompt. The only reason I gave less than 5 stars was from poor performance from ups. Even though they have been told many times not to do this, they left the parcel out by the garage where it could have easily sat for weeks before I noticed it. As it was I founded after just one day (luckily) because I checked tracking where it was reported left at my front door. When it wasn't there I went to check nearby houses and saw it at the garage, the package soaking wet from rain. The item inside was intact and in good condition. I'd complain to ups but it never seems to do any good.
I am satisfied with nextwarehouse service, I'd consider giving them the 5 stars anyway, but really all they did was collect my money, put an item in a box and pass it off to ups. Nothing exceptional done nor expected and 4 stars is a good rating. I won't hesitate to use them again if they have something I need for a reasonable price, but I will be sure they give special instructions to the shipper. If it was something valuable it could have been ruined all for the unwillingness to walk an extra 10 yards. "

"GREAT EXPERIENCE. I was a little concerned when reading some of the reviews about shipping. However, I realized that I every product buy from all other stores says not to return it to the store, but go to the manufacturer.
Yes, they do have you pay return shipping UNLESS you spend the "whopping" $3 (actually less) and then they take the responsibility.
Shipping was faster than estimated (AND we live in the country). The product works fine. TOTALLY SATISFIED. I will be glad to work with them again."

"Purchased 3 external drives and one was defective. Mgr Gary from the RMA dept ludicrously advised me to put duct tape on it. I asked for his supervisor because he was very rude and inappropriate. He told me he does not have a supervisor. Rather, he "reports directly to the owner and they are never available because they are always either golfing or traveling the world." He said, even though defective, I had to mail back at my expense. Luckily, I paid with PayPal so they sorted the whole thing out. This company was awful to work with! "
