"Tried to order some items off of their website. After a week I get a email indicating they do not know when my item will ship. I think that I warehouse should know prior before hand if they have the product in stock. Otherwise remove it from your website. Or indicate the the product is not available or on back order. That will help out new customer out. Otherwise I can buy it from some other website that if more reliable."

"I originally ordered the Pentax K-30 with DA 18-55mm WR lens and DA 55-200mm lens. After confirming with someone from customer service that this package did include exactly these lenses, I ordered the product. I got it within 3 days and was extremely disappointed to find myself with two DAL (lower quality lenses) and a non-WR 18-55mm lens. I called the returns department and was told that they didn't even carry this, even though the website AND rep told me they did. This was a terrible case of false marketing/advertising. I sent out my return two days later and was told I would be refunded within 5-10 business days. After day 10 passed, I called and was told that it my order was process and I'd be refunded in up to 5 business days. On the 6th I emailed and called to no avail. Finally the head of returns got back to me on the 9th day and said that they put the funds in my account but it would take another 3-5 days to show up.
So now, a month after sending the package back to a place only 2 hours from where I live, I'm finally getting my refund (still haven't yet so I can't say it'll happen). This is absolutely ridiculous on top of the fact that the product I received is not what I expected as it didn't match what the site read. I would not recommend buying from NextWarehouse AT ALL. Poor quality, false marketing, terrible return process."

Of course when the cable arrived I could not use it. I asked about returning it and explained that it was entirely my fault. Gary Yang told me how to return it and I was refunded the entire amount. I paid no shipping for the item. I am completely satisfied with NextWarehouse and would recommend them highly."
