"I ordered on the 26th. I wrote a special note that I was in desperate need to have this item asap and PAID about 10% more for 2-4 day shipping. I went back to the site AN HOUR later after my order to look at the item specs again and it was priced over $2.00 lower suddenly. I wrote to customer service, they called and said there was nothing they could do, no credit to give.
Meanwhile I got an email FROM THEM saying Your expected delivery is Jun 28 Fri ~ Jul 2, 13 Tue if your order passes billing verification on Jun 26, 2013.
It went through fine. I figured it would ship the 27th and be here on 28th/29th or so. Especially since they showed IN STOCK 4000+ and they were located in Tustin just about 40 miles away from me. I had paid extra for 2 to 4 day shipping as I mentioned. No such luck. 29th came and went, except for an email with my tracking number. When checked at UPS said order would be received on Wednesday July 3rd. It finally came a total of 7 days later and about 6 business days from when I placed my order. What a complete scam to charge me for 2-4 day shipping when they KNEW it wouldn't be there in time for 4 days, MUCH LESS 2 days. I needed this item and put a note on the order. You'd think that they would be responsive and make extra effort. Not a chance.
Basically, I paid 1 price on the web, then saw it for less an hour later ON THEIR OWN SITE. They wouldn't give a credit/refund Then I paid extra to have 2 to 4 day delivery and it took from Jun 26 Wed until July 3 Wed to receive my order. A week. Regardless how you calculate, that is not 2 to 4 days.
THEIR OWN EMAIL to me said June 28th to July 2 expected DELIVERY. I paid for 2 -4 day shipping. Yet I got it on July 3rd. In their response below they now say that everything was shipped accordingly. CLEARLY NOT even correct as THEIR OWN email say 28th to 2nd. How can you charge someone when you know it won't happen? And not refund them when it doesn't happen?
Very dissatisfied. Feel like I was unimportant as a customer to them. And I feel scammed. They've lost a frequent buyer. And all for around $6. Tells you what kind of company they are; greedy and having to be right at all costs. Never again."

Had to ask them to send the form, which I signed and returned. The next day, I got an email stating that they are cancelling the order because they found out they are not authorized to sell the item. Thanks for wasting my time."

They accepted the order and charged my card, but then issued a notice saying that the item was out of stock and restock was estimated to take up to two weeks (no guarantees). It's been over a week and I haven't heard from them about the potential ship date or an offer to expedite my shipping for free to compensate for the delay. If this delay continues without contact much longer, I'll be downgrading my opinion. "
