"Had stock when I ordered, turns out they don't stock anything but are just a shell company.
They pushed the item back three+ weeks,
They offered free shipping, charged it anyway
I told them I'd just call Visa and charge back the funds.
So they pulled it from the FedEx truck after charging my credit card and not reversing the funds.
The item in question has gone up in price over $100.
Terrible company. Seemingly very fraudulent. Customer service doesn't speak English well at all.

"Worst store EVER! I thought I would take a chance with this shady website because they had a good price. The website said they had over 10 in stock. I placed my order and the next day got an e-mail saying back ordered for a few weeks! Not only that but my credit card company then killed my line of credit automatically after using this site due to suspicious activity. So now I not only do not have the item I wanted, but also my credit card! STAY AWAY!!!!"
"Some minor issues with the delivery due to limited field length on the shipping address entry panel of the the order. System truncated the suite number from shipping address and once the item shipped, it was a headache trying to get the supplier who drop-shipped the product to alter the delivery instructions to amend the address with the suite number.
Overall the purchase was good. I got exactly what I was looking for and saved more than 20% off the retail price and close to 10% off from the next competitive price point.
My only advice to others is to be sure the double-check your address if you think it may be "longer than average" and be sure to make use of the second address line if in doubt."

"Ordered Memory, CPU, and blank DVD-R. Memory was shipped seperately. Assume that they had to place the order for it before shipping to me. Promised a date that was about 2 weeks. Arrived a few days before. CPU and DVD was shipped FedEx. The memory was shipped UPS and was in a bubble sleeve. It should have been packed a little better. UPS has damaged 2 packages that I've received lately. This one only damaged the plastic container that the memory was in. Memory is working fine. Ran memtest86+ on it to verify. Did not contact support about damaged package. I gave 4 stars for shipment. I have done several transactions with this company and will continue to do so."
"Horrible experience! If I could give negative stars I would. Website did not indicate that item was not in stock. Then received email that order would be canceled unless I responded by a particular date. I responded by that date only to learn that the item was never in stock and was a special order. In other words, contact person lied. Then they indicated that they were waiting for payment, even though order was made with credit card. Call any number and get the same person. Probably some no account working in his parents basement. I have wasted 2 weeks and now will waste more time waiting on this. They took no responsibility for their screw up and tried to blame me for not responding sooner, even though I responded by the time they indicated. Find another vendor even if you have to pay a little more. This company has no idea how to conduct business."
