"I regrettably did not read the feedback in time. My experience was awful! Same issue as many of you, they promised an item, it was not in stock, but the did not admit this till AFTER my order was placed! When I complained, they cancelled my order, but charged my credit card. They are not returning calls nor e-mails. Looks like I'll have to fight for my refund with my bank. NEVER AGAIN. "Buyer beware of ordering from this company. They rely on suppliers that don't necessarily know how to fill out shipping forms. 14 days after ordering they still had no idea where the package was after several phone calls. Customer service stated UPS sent me 5 cards that my address was incorrect! How can they send a card if the address was incorrect.Upon being informed it was being shipped back to Amazon I was told I could get my credit card refunded. The only way to get it shipped to me was to wait for it to be sent back reorder it. No thanks missing Christmas. "
"Don't buy from them. Not sure what their goal is but it's not to give customers what they purchased. They take orders that they cannot fill and make you pay more to actually get it. I purchased a TV on Cyber weekend, I get a email from them later saying they too took in too many orders and now it's on backorder and if i'm willing to wait they will send it to me in a week or two. Another email several days later saying they are really backed up and they do not expect to get anything for several weeks but if i'm willing to wait I'm good. Today they said you did not contact us telling if I still wanted the order so we are going to cancle it because I did not tell them i wanted the order that I PlACED!!! Now I would have to place a new order at the current, much higher price because their system does not allow them to re-insate the order they cancled 30min ago. Don't trust these guys!"

"People, it's a discount warehouse, meant to save money. We have ordered from them periodically over the last few years and do so well in advance of when the item is needed. It comes ground shipping for free, slow, yes, but we expect it to be slow since it's free. We ordered an extended warranty on a large format HP printer that we later had to cancel due to timing issues with the original warranty going out too quickly. They gladly refunded our money, no problem, and the customer service was very understanding, polite, and helpful. Being able to leave a comment is helpful for some, but others take advantage of it and complain about things that could be resolved before they air their dirty laundry online. Unfortunately, once you post your negative comments online, they're there forever, for all to see, and this can hurt good companies. We know, because we've had it done to our company."
"The sale advertisement is kind of like being cheating and customer service after sale is LOUSY! Since one star is the lowest rating I can pick so I choose this rating. Otherwise I'd give them nothing. Specifically, the Return Dept Manager Gary Yang's manner and attitude is extremely annoying and terrible. We ordered Levnovo ThinkCentre tower i7 and also other accessories from NestWarehouse based on their price advertisement and some "good" online review. But when we got the shipment today and tried to set up the PC, we found the product is not as exactly what is expected from the spec descriptions. After we called the customer service, they said different things from what I was told when I placed an order and I was told to pay additional fees. I never felt being cheated this way doing online purchase. I swear I'd never use their service again."
"I placed an order for an HP monitor and two sets of speaker bars. According to the site the free shipping option would take about 2 or 3 weeks and I would NOT be provided a tracking number until after the estimated delivery time had passed. However my order was promptly dropped shipped from 2 different major distributors and despite that I ordered on a Saturday was delivered 8 calendar days after the order was placed. Not bad considering they had one of the lowest prices for the monitor."
"Called customer service regarding stock of a license, was told they had hundreds in stock. They told me it would be sent via email in 24-48 hours. Ordered 1 to be on the cautions side, and ten days later I had still not received the license key. Called them up and then they told me that they did not have stock and that I would have to wait 10 more days. They also told me that licenses cannot be canceled."
"Beware! The product I purchased was defective and its bundled software messed up my system so badly that it took me two days, working nearly round the clock, to get it back into working order. Next Warehouse did not respond to three written requests for technical support. The manufacture's tech support was horrible and didn't resolve any of the problems. When I finally got Next Warehouse to issue a return authorization, it would not acknowledge receipt of the package or confirm that a return had been issued. I am now considering this a case of credit card fraud and I am reporting it to my bank."
"After reading a lot of negative reviews, I decided to take a chance on them, expecting little. I wasn't in a hurry to get my new new printer and figured the worst that could happen is that I'd lose a few days, have to cancel my order, and pay more at another online store.
However, I was pleasantly surprised. The printer was indeed in stock, the item shipped within a few days and arrived 5 days earlier than they estimated when I placed the order. I received the correct printer - new, unopened and undamaged - and it works perfectly. I'm very happy with my purchase, the low price I paid for it, and their prompt and correct delivery.
NextWarehouse is a typical rock-bottom online etailer. This means a simple website, little-to-no customer service, and sometimes mistakes. But that's what you get for rock-bottom prices. If you want somebody to hold your hand, chat it up, and get it right (most of the time), go to your local Best Buy and pay a lot more. If you're willing to put up with the drawbacks in order to get the very lowest price possible, use companies like this.

"I recently ordered a Pyle amplifier and a set of 4" speakers. The next business day after the order I recived two phone calls telling me that the speakers were out of stock and would not be in for two weeks. i was disapointed and hate dealing with online refunds so I asked if they could recommend a comprable item to replace my order with. They sent me an e-mail the next day stating that they had found a similar speaker that was a little bigger but had the same power rating and only would cost a few dollars more. I told them that the replacement product would be fine and to proceed with the oreder. I then recieved and e-mail that I neede to order the replacement item and cancell my previous order. Not knowing exactly what I wanted to do and not wanting to deal with a refund I waited until the next day so that I could call them. Before I could call i recieved another e-mail that the price difference was being taken care of and my order had been processed. I have had an excelent experience so far and anticipate a hassle free delivery of my product."
"I placed an order for a Dell IPS LCD with NextWarehouse on Friday, February 3rd. Before this order, I had not heard of NextWarehouse. This is somewhat surprising as I order a large amount of items online. After placing my order, I Googled "nextwarehouse reviews" because the company's website concerned me a bit. It has a very dated feel that, after I had already placed my order, made me very uncomfortable.
I found this review site as a result of my Google search. Needless to say, with the extremely bad reviews I saw here, I became more concerned. I rechecked the website that helped me find this company (one of those "find the lowest price on the web" sites), and they listed 2773 ratings with an average of 4.43 stars. So, at this point, I was quite confused.
Now, onto the actual review of NextWarehouse. I had a wonderful experience. Their price was lower than anybody else on the Internet (that I could find). Their site was easy to use, even if it does seem a bit dated. They shipped my item the same day that I ordered it (for free), and my monitor arrived a day earlier than their estimated delivery date in perfect condition. I am entirely happy with every aspect of their service.
Now, I do not doubt that the people that have given this company poor reviews have had issues. Issues happen. All I can stress to anybody reading reviews on here about NextWarehouse is this -- take everything with a grain of salt. For whatever reason, this site seems to attract only customers with negative experiences.
Of course, you're mileage may vary, but I had a very pleasant experience with this company and I will do business with them again in the future!"
