"We returned both of the monitors, they gave us a refund for one. We were over the 30 days, but talked to the manufacturer and Distributor and they gladly accepted the return. After Nextwarehouse received our return they said that one of the monitors was not in new original condition as we promised them it was. When the monitor came back to our office, it was not in the condition that it left our office. There was additional tape on the box, and looked like it was opened, this was not our doing (we have pictures of the monitor box condition, before it was sent and after). At that point we refused the shipment and it went back to their Jamestown Warehouse. Upon refusal of the Monitor we contacted Nextwarehouse and informed them of our issue we have now. We were told that we will get the refund when they get the monitor back and then when we did not get the promised refund. We were unsuccessful with trying to get the dispute solved with our credit card company because it had been over 30 days. We contacted Nextwarehouse about the 2nd monitor, they informed us that since it has been so long they don't know where the monitor is anymore and that they were not going to refund our money of $869.18. They still have the monitor! This is Fraud and Theft! It is not our fault that they "lost" the monitor. We sent them multiple e-mails to all the email addresses we could find and have gotten no responses from them. "
"Put order in May 17th. As I waited for my item to get a tracking number assigned. I started to check for reviews four days before the default tracking number posting date. As I read this site I started to panic. People blasting the customer service, talk of bate and switch, price switches on site after order (though were not charged the difference. Well I started reading more and more. I found a common theam. Most were complaining about shipping how long. Well I was informed 5 to 10 Business days. That is does not count weekends. That would be 16 days with the holiday. One guy said the picture was deceiving. Well lets look at the Whopper and BigMac Pictures. Talk about deciving. Bad customer service. Well, most people will not respond pleasently when being yelled at, and most were Policy if you read that alot of companies do. Anyway back to my order. Needless to say I did not get my tracking number on the default posting day. I checked the website and My item went up from 231.00 to 277.00. (I was not chaged the difference) I was going to call but decided to wait. Next day passed. Nothing. I was counting business days and felt they could still get it to me by Monday May 31sst. Well by the end of my workday May 26 I received my tracking number. Late.. No status on tracking site. Next day I checked tracking and it was out for delivery. May 26th. I received what I ordered five days earlier then the dead line 5-10 business days. They actually had until the 31st and that is a holiday. A HAIER 2.6 cu. ft. Comp. Tumble Dryer HLP140E Manufacture packed Best price I could get 50 to 100 cheaper and no shipping. The order process was odd as pointed out but lets look at cyber theft today. I did reluctly give my work email and questioned it all in my head but it was all worth it and I would give them another chance. Great job on my order. Wayne"

"Ordered two NEW projectors on 4/20/2010. Got a very polite email stating that they were on back order, but would ship 4/23. I indicated that was fine, I could wait as long as they shipped 4/23. 4/23 came and went, I emailed, with no response. I proceeded to email them four more times over the next few weeks with ZERO response. In the mean time, they charged my credit card immediately, even before shipping the items.
Finally, out of the blue, 5/10 I got a shipping confirmation. When the projectors arrived, they were both USED, the packages had obviously been opened and resealed. The bags the cables arrived in were even re-sealed. I emailed them immediately. After three weeks of waiting, I get used projectors. I shouldn't be surprised, but it has been a week and STILL no response. Never, ever again will I order from them. I would urge you to do the same, and avoid Nextwarehouse.com at all costs."
"Miserable experience! Their website said "IN STOCK" so I purchased from them instead of another company. I only found out in calling them about verifying an alternate shipping address (which they ALSO neglected to put on their website) that the item was INDEFINITELY back ordered and I could be waiting at least 4-6 weeks. When I expressed frustration, the customer service girl's attitude got very terse. Will never use them again."
"Nextwarehouse is guilty of the bait and switch. We ordered memory from them for our Dell laptop and a day later they send us an email that the price was wrong and if you want to buy it then it will cost you $268.80 + tax & shipping. The original price was for $131.06. When asking them why they would not honor there price just said wrong price do you want it or not. After they got all our information and wasted our time. Very unethical or very incompetent. Either way would never do business with them again."
"These guys are horrible. I purchased a projector. I used it once and decided I wasn't going to work for me. Contacted them to return. This was only a couple days after I received the projector. Their return policy says that if a returned product does not meet their requirements, it is tossed out and you won't get any refund. I contacted them and asked them if the product was opened and used once if I could return it. I can understand if there was a restocking fee. They replied with some vague answer saying if they couldn't sell it as new, it couldn't be returned. I asked them to clarify and they completely stopped replying to my e-mails. I will never buy from them again, and I recommend you stay away."
"Heed the warnings by other reviews posted on this very informative site. Order processing is extremely slow. I placed my order on 14-Apr-10 and it still shows in process as of 22-Apr-10. If I knew that it would take this long I would have bought the product elsewhere with quick processing and shipment. Avoid this company! I plan to in the future. Update: I did recieve my order on 27-Apr-10, nine business days after order. They did make it on time but barely, not sure why it takes so long to process and ship items out. Would make more customers happier if this was more prompt."

"I went on their website to purchase a HP Printer P4014N. There was only one section to order a "P4014N" listed on their website, so I ordered it. The order was placed in the United States and the ship to address was in the United States. NextWarehouse.com shipped a P4014N but it was not a printer made for the United States. It was made to be used in Europe. When I discussed this issue with HP, they said that the company I ordered the printer from just made a mistake and shipped the wrong printer. They should have shipped the printer made for the United States. I contacted NextWarehouse, spoke to a "Gary", and he said that it was not their fault and they would not help me. So, neither HP nor NextWarehouse will make this mistake right. I'd need to move to Europe to have this printer work. It seems like if you order a printer and have it shipped in the United States, they would ship the correct one."

"I found this store while searching for the lowest price for a joystick on pricegrabber.com. I read the reviews before placing the order and they werent too favorable with most people complaining about long delays in receiving their orders but I decided to order from them and give them a chance because they had the lowest price for the product by $15. I placed my order on 02/12/2010 and two days later I got an email from their tech support to say that the product was unavailable and it was on backorder even though pricegrabber.com said that they had 10 in stock before I placed my order. So the tech support emailed me two days after I placed my order to say that the order would be delayed until 02/17/2010. I decided to wait since 02/12/2010 (order placement date) to 02/17/2010 isnt that much time to wait but its 02/22/2010 today and I emailed them this morning to see if I could get some tracking numbers for my order and they told me that the order is still on backorder with an ETA of 02/24/2010.
I am not happy at all with my shopping experience with this vendor, and will not shop here agian.

"NextWarehouse came out the lowest when I was looking for some Altec Lansing IMT800 speakers. Their recent reviews weren't stellar, so I was a bit leery. However, the savings were too much to pass up.
I ordered early in the morning on 10/12/2009 with their "5-8 day delivery." On 10/18, I still hadn't heard anything, so I was getting that uneasy feeling again. But on 10/19, I got the FedEx shipment notification and the speakers were indeed delivered on the 8th day, as they promised.
They didn't just ship the product in the original container - they put it in an outer box that not only protected the speakers more, but also left the original box completely intact.
The speakers are awesome, and my wife is now using it in her dance classes.
Others may have had a problem in the past, but I can tell you that I had no problems at all with NextWarehouse. YMMV."
"Placed an order this afternoon. Nextwarehose sent an email confirming my order. Email stated it would arrive within 5-8 business days. Checked their website later that evening and saw that not only the price of the camera increased but that the item was now backordered. Thought this was a reputable company as I found their site through dpreview.com. Fortunately I was able to contact my credit card company and actually canceled my card to prevent this company from trying to pull the "bait and switch" scam on me. Stay away from this questionable online retailer."
