"Don't ever order any item from Nextwarehouse. They promised to deliver my external harddrive by Dec 10, 2010. But since I did not opt for their expedited shipping, their warehouse did not honor my order instead kept postponing my order to Dec 17, 2010.

"I always am willing to give someone a chance... i read some reviews and considered the 25$ savings i was going to get from Nextwarehouse. I wanted to save some money so i ordered with them. I haven't heard or received an emails or packages in the mail. The only thing I got is a bill so far and its going on the second week. "I ordered Adobe photoshop elements 9. It took a long time to receive the product, like 2 weeks. After I installed the software on my computer it does not work properly. A window appears and says it has encountered a problem and has to close. Adobe has been working on the problem since 11/12/2010 and have yet to find what the problem is. NextWarehouse will not let me send the product back in for an exchange because it has already been open and they say "it is like fruit, when you buy fruit you don't know how good it is going to be until you take a bite. If it is bad, you can't return it." However I feel like they sold me a product that plain just doesn't work and I STRONGLY recomend you to not buy anything from them!!!"
"I bought a HL10 Lifter and I received it with a straight power cord instead of a 90 degree angle and it could not fit in the Headset! The cord was not appropriately attached to the unit, and when I spoke to a guy named Gary, he could not believe I received it with a defect, and was telling me that I was wrong! I had to send the picture in the User Guide to prove he was wrong! The item DOES NOT LOOK NEW at all!
I am trying to get a replacement since 3 days ago...because you can rarely reach the return deparment...

"This place is horrible. Please listen to me and completely bypass any and all products being sold by this etailer. Your etail experience will most likely be suboptimal.
In a nutshell, they advertise a product at the least expensive price, when compared against other etailers. They also will indicate that the product is in stock, will take your paypal money, and then... poof! you will get a note indicating that the product is back ordered.
This is what happened with a Pentax camera that I attempted to purchase from them.

"I had my doubts, but NextWarehouse.com delivered my order as promised, brand-new and on time. My CC was charged right away (not disclosed at time of order) and the order didn't ship until 10 days later, as acknowledged. Once the order did ship, the tracking link was accurate. My item was 56% off list and about 15% cheaper than any other on-line source, including the free shipping of this heavy item.
It wasn't the most comfortable shopping experience I've had, but I'm happy with the outcome."
"Bought a case on 10/12 and by 10/20 still no shipment, even though the status says "Sending to Warehouse for fulfill" for a week now. I called them a few times, they keep saying that in order to reduce costs, they ship their products in "batches" and therefore usually don't ship them for 5-10 days after order placement. I canceled my order on 10/20 and I can't believe that this company is still in business. Everyone these days ships in stock items immediately."
"I had a good shopping experience with this company. The price was reasonable. Shipping and handling was free. They also offer a rewards program. I do admit that it did take over 2 weeks to receive my order, but I was notified of the expected delivery date, and it was delivered within that time frame. I probably would not have ordered through them if I had to have the item delivered within a few days, but I was in no hurry. The drive I ordered from them works perfectly, no complaints! "
"THE WORST COMPANY EVER! Nextwarehouse website came up when I did a search for a Lenovo 65w AC power adapter. The picture on their website was exactly like my old power adapter, so I had absolutely NO reason to believe it was the wrong unit. Had the photo shown the curved unit that was actually in the box immediately I would have known this was not the correct replacement unit! Furthermore, had the photo shown the plug having a 90 degree angle, again I would have known this was not the correct unit!!
I place the order on April 11th at 9am PST. Their website said it was in stock, and the email confirmation said I could expect it between April 16-23. On the FedEx tracking results I saw it wasn’t even picked up in Lewisberry, PA until April 20 ... 7 business days after the order was placed! I am guessing this meant it really was not in stock when I purchased it. It was finally delivered on April 27 .. much later than I had thought it would arrive, and of course it was NOT the correct unit.
I paid a total of $38.84 for this order. $31.84 for the wrong product + $3.50 for a warranty + $2.79 in tax. It cost me $8.89 in postage to send the power adapter back. Even though I called and told them of the problem AND put a letter in with the returned part, they still charged me a $7.00 restocking fee AND never refunded the $3.50 warranty. They refunded me ONLY $27.63 which means that it cost me $19.89 ($7.00 restocking fee + $3.50 warranty = $10.50 + $8.89 to mail back the wrong part to Next Warehouse) out of my pocket for a mistake that wasn't my fault.
I have ordered online many, many times and NEVER had an experience this bad! DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!
Repeated attempts to call (and leave a voice message) and send emails were completely ignored.

"These criminals have changed their M.O. compared to previous posts. The latest ploy is to tell you that your credit card has been denied and that they need to "verify" your CVV (the 3-digit code on the back of your card). This happened on 2 consecutive attempts to order from them. I told them that I entered it correctly and they should run it through again, but they never did and just kept asking for it. If I wouldn't email it to them, I could call them with it. When I didn't call them with it, they called me. Steer clear of these scammers!"
"When my order finally arrived, I opened the package and found the item was broken. No damage to the packaging so I assume it was broken when it was sent to me. Nextwarehouse will replace it but expects me to pay for shipping. A customer should never have to pay to get a broken item replaced. I will never do business with them again!!!"
"I placed an order 6/13 and as of 6/17 the order is still showing "at warehouse". My credit card was charged immediately on 6/14. I wish I had remembered to come to this site before placing my order.
UPDATE: Product was received 11 days after placing my order."
"I placed an order for an in stock item on 6/10. As of 6/17, the item still showed as "In progress". I finally sent them an email asking for an immediate tracking number or a refund. I got an automated response fairly quickly and then a short while after that, was sent a tracking number. It doesn't state who the carrier is but checking UPS and Fedex both shows an unknown tracking number. Even if they ship today by ground, I will not receive the item for another 5 to 10 business days according to them. Two week delivery time for an in stock item that should have gotten to me in 2 or 3 days is completely unacceptable. I won't be ordering from here again."
